Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe hotel does have an overall feeling of being worn down, the bathrooms and bedrooms are small and dark. It's an ideal place for a one night stay but I'd probably choose elsewhere for a longer trip.
Firstly, staff are fantastic here. Offering bag storage before you check in and being super helpful in general. The location if also excellent, just over the road from Kings Cross station and St Pancras, making it perfect for catching your train in time. The bedroom felt decently clean and it was nice to have a private bathroom.

United KingdomThe room was small, to say the least, but due to the fact, we spent no more time than sleeping in it, was sufficient. One step out of bed and I was at the bathroom door, and sat on the toilet if I lent enough I could brush my teeth and then the shower on all at the same time! The staff was amazing, friendly helpful, and explained what we needed. No disturbance from other guests . Opened the window and wasn't any disturbance from traffic etc. The room had a kettle with coffee, tea and hot chocolate, which was a bonus for the non-caffeine person on the trip. Lots of leaflets and vouchers for guests in the hallway if you were staying longer than one night and needed inspiration. Would use again due to location.
