Nothing really.

The room was beautiful. The hosts were great and the location superb for me. I walked to work the next day. There is a convenience store and a Chinese restaurant just around the corner. Everything you need. I wish I knew about this stay a while ago, but it's only just opened. The hosts showed me the other rooms and they are equally stunning. I took a photo of the bathroom from my bed and sent it to the missus. She agreed, that it was gorgeous. I will definitely be coming back. I really think it was brilliant. Thank you hosts.

Toilet seat not fixed. Shower too hot to use at time of our visit which was a while ago. Understand these to have been sorted out.

Location was good for us as we were meeting family in area. Bed is low, but comfortable and had a good nights sleep. Our room was on top floor overlooking shop area. Window blind there to keep sun out as room can get hot. Was able to park at rear of property so that was convenient.

Lack of toiletries, shampoo, body wash, toilet paper. Bed wasn't very comfortable. Tea/coffee/sugar would have been nice in kitchen.

The. Bed was not fit for purpose. We left after one night.

1. The front door is a locked by a key. If we had to get out in an emergency, if we lost or misplaced the key, this would prevent us being able to leave. This is exceptionally unsafe. The owner needs to change the lock to a turn key one so quests can leave without the need for a key. This is an urgent matter. 2. Noise. We stayed room 3. 1st night we heard a couple banging each other for quite sone time. The vocal noise, the impact sounds and the music! I felt physically sick! We also had to hear every Pyrex of music they played, each TV programme and hear them talking about their plans for the weekend. We also heard them going outside for cigarettes every 45-60 minutes. Door opened, slammed closed and them then thudding down x2 sets of stairs. The noise has been horrendous on both nights. 3. It’s now 00.23 23/09/23 and I’m having to listen to room 4’s TV, the man in there coughing his ring pieces up and hear him mane comments about the film to a lady. The column keeps increasing on key parts of the programme which sounds like a war film? Bang goes the guns, explosions of sone kind and music with it too. Great, simply great at this hour! Summary: The sound insulation is absent. The front door lock causes me huge concern The poor parking provision.

It was exceptionally clean in all areas. Very well maintained. Like new.

There is nothing to not like😊. This facility was done by someone with great planning n good design that presented as exceptional quality using very simple furnishings.

I like the decor that was tastefully done with efficient use of space without feeling like it's tight. The bathroom facility was well done to a great standard. The bed was too soft for my liking and kept shifting alot based on weight distribution. The kitchen clean, well organised, everything for your away from home experience even a washing machine was present... Our experience was exceptional, we had a few mishap in our reservation (my fault for not reading my instructions) and our room facility had a disastrous start. We broke the bed as we were unpacking at 10pm at night. What do you do? You decide to sleep on floor because noone needs a call for a broken bed at 10pm! My husband tried to repair it but break is break. Then the shower was only hot water no cold, I literally had a scalding bath. Lol, this was the final straw. I couldn't drive for 7 hrs in hot weather for a hot shower. I message the owner apologetically about the bed n shower. behold, he responded quickly. I was surprised to be offered a change of room to help us get settled with no hassle. He followed up to ensure we were settled in comfortably. I must say he turned a negative situation to one positive experience. I will refer your place to my friends from both north west and in the South west. I appreciate all that you did Darren, for being such a responsive and understanding manager. This experience returned my faith in reasonably priced bookings.

towels were a little small, could do with a fan for hotter days

Stayed overnight as a base for a friends birthday party, room was clean and tidy, kitchen seemed well presented but didnt actually use it. weather was warm and our room (three) caught the heat of the sun even though the blinds were drawn.

The area seemed a bit dodgy. I had no bad experience so no criticism. It just made me a little uncomfortable. Again this should not be looked upon as a negative comment. It's subjective.

The room was clean and overall the house was very well from inside. Seemed newly refurbished. Full marks for that.

I was a little disappointed not to find some shower gel sashs and only small hand towels. Most places have a bath towel and two hand towels, although tea and coffee was supplied I did have to go and buy my own milk again I was surprised. Usually milk is in small containers.

I liked the guest house, it was very clean and looked after. There was free WiFi and a TV in the room. I did enjoy my stay.

Uncomfortable bed, only apps on TV. No facilities in room to make tea/coffee. Shared kitchen had to buy own coffee etc. Not a nice area. Quite run down.
