Stunning location & views! Wonderfully welcoming hosts. The property is beautiful. This was my second time staying here as I enjoyed my first visit so much (second time just as good!). The bedroom/ensuite bathroom is lovely with thoughtful touches and possibly the best views in Strathpeffer valley :)

I did get slightly lost while trying to find it however the it seemed that the number the host had sent directions to was wrong and this was not their fault.

I stayed one night at Eldon Lea while travelling for work. It was snowing when I got there but the accommodation was warm and cosy inside. The bed was very comfy, the room was clean and if I was in the area again I would stay there again or recommend to others.

Everything was perfect

A lovely quiet room, clean and beautiful decor. The views from the window were beautiful. A very short drive or walk to a great restaurant for breakfast.

What a little gem of a find ! Room with awesome view of the hills & countryside. The room was modern with comfy bed. Host gave us some amazing recommendations for food and sight seeing day trips ! Easy access to the major routes. Dingwall in next village had large Tesco for supplies. Small touches in room were appreciated. Hosts were lovely and good directions to reach property. We felt like family !

No breakfast served but there were instant porridge cups in the room which were a good start and the Village of Strathpeffer nearby holds enough places for breakfast and lunch.

We had a great stay at Eldon Lea. Both the room and the location were perfect, on a 5 mins walk to Strathpeffer village. We went to see the nearby Rogie Falls were the salmons made their way up the river, fascinating to watch! The hosts have been very kind too so all together we would definitely recommend this place.

Within walking distance of the town square. The room was huge and the bed was so comfortable. Loved the little extras such as the sleep mask and coffee machine. The best place we have stayed out on our trip.

The accommodation was spotless, so clean & well kept! Really easy separate access & great communication from the hosts. The view from the room was amazing & the hosts went above and beyond with treats such as popcorn, Pepsi max, fudge, bottled water etc. Will definitely be back!

Catherine was very welcoming. The room was exceptional, looking out over the mountains. The little extras in the room made the stay even more special. Super comfortable bed and lovely hot shower. Magical place to stay.

This was a great find, we were looking for something in Dingwall as we had a wedding to attend, and this came up. The owners go above and beyond any accommodation I've ever been to, and I'm very well travelled. The village has so much going on, coffee shops, beer gardens, museum and much more. The highlight for us, was finding out that the old railway line has been turned into a walking/cycle path to Dingwall, albeit for a short stretch which is still easy enough to walk on, giving us the option to leave the car and walk back for it in the morning.

It is a perfect place to stay in Strathpeffer or if you are travelling in the nearby area, the room is brilliant, with a fantastic view. The hosts love the place and share this love with their guests! They are great people, really helpful and caring. I highly recommend Eldon Lee, you will thoroughly enjoy staying in this wonderful place.
