Very clean and tidy. Like new mattresses and pillows. Great location close to beach and not too far to walk to onsite entertainment etc. Shame the Internet wasn't working prior to our arrival and I opted to buy a mifi router as no Internet with two teenagers combo = nightmare

Great location, caravan was lovely and very clean. Danielle was really helpful when we struggled to find the caravan when we first arrived. We left the kids thermal flask container in the fridge and she posted it back to us, which we were very grateful for! Would highly recommend.

Everything is brand-new good size room for a big family🙂 the only thing I give nine star is the caravan has no number . it was a little bit difficult to find the place . Amazing stuff any questions she answered quick. .

It is a huge park so finding the van took a bit longer than hoped but we got there in the end.

The van was spotlessly clean. All bed linen was fresh and clean. Comfy beds. The living area was spacious and well proportioned. Loved having the extras like air fryer and coffee maker. Owner was beyond helpful when help was required. Danielle responded quickly and was a great host.

Couldn't get passes from Haven as we were only staying two nights. On finding out from others the passes were no good anyway as they only allowed you to book the swimming for free, which was impossible to book, and into the club at night, everything else was an extra charge, even with passes, which is nothing to do with caravan owner themselves. Caravan was excellent

Lovely clean caravan Close to the beach Close enough to main facilties and easy to find Heads of Ayr Farm is highly recommended if you have kids and a dry day, and you can spend the day there.

The caravan park itself was littered with rubbish mainly due to greedy seagulls and I didn’t see any effort by site staff to clean up the mess which was disappointing. There were not enough bins close to caravans to enable people dispose if their rubbish. I acknowledge it was probably one of the busiest weekends of the year for the site but if they are expanding, they need to ensure adequate bins are available & that more is put into keeping all areas clean not just the main entertainment areas.

Provision of Wifi & Netflix access was great,& having two toilets while traveling with teenagers was an added bonus

Great location to access the golf courses within this region. Caravan was clean, well equipped. It’s a very busy resort, Haven, but we didn’t need to use them and there’s plenty to do locally.
