One thing I would change is rooms having a TV. Of course it didn’t bother us at all but just the sort of touch to have with rooms.

Location was amazing. Felt safe with the top notch locks with codes. View standing outside the front is amazing. Especially at night. Loved the fact there’s still wildlife in this part where the stay is.

There wasn’t anything not to like.

The facilities were excellent - the room was beautifully decorated and extremely clean and comfortable. There was everything you could need in the shared kitchen - cupboards and fridge were all labelled for each room if you wanted to take / keep your own food. The shared living space is lovely and very welcoming, there were complimentary treats and gift bags with discount codes for stays in the future. Just a really lovely place to return to at the end of a long day exploring and enjoying London.

The facility was nice and clean. It was very close to the station, and it took 20-25 minutes to the city center by metro. It was within walking distance of a shopping mall. There was a supermarket nearby where you could find everything you needed. The staff was attentive. We had a trouble-free holiday, thank you.

There isn't much to do in the surrounding area, so it felt a bit limited in terms of activities.

The property is located in a quiet area, which I really appreciated. The hosts were very attentive; we requested low pillows, and they immediately addressed it. The room and bathroom were clean, and the shared living room and kitchen were well-maintained. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. Additionally, the location was convenient, just a 5-minute walk to the nearest underground station.

The only thing that would have made this better would have been additonal lighting at the front and one of the steps outside the front door was uneven.

From start to finish the communication with the host could not be faulted. I liked not having to worry about loosing a key, with the electronic key pad on the front door and a keypad on the bedroom door. The room we stayed in was ensuite and comfortably slept 3 people, with plenty of plug sockets to accommodate, phone chargers, hair dryers & straighteners. Both the room and the ensuite bathroom were modern, clean and had everything we would need for out stay. The communal area was a very well presented and spacious open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area, with large patio doors leading out onto decking and a view of the garden. There was designated space in the kitchen for each room to store food in spacious draws, with each room also being allocated shelf space in one of two fridges. It was a lovely enviroment to make a cuppa, snack or meal and if needed there was also laundry facilities. The accommodation was a 30 minute walk from Wembley central. It was then less than a 10 minute walk from there to the London Designer Outlet in Wembley Park and easy access to Wembley stadium.

Clean comfortable bedroom with sharing facilities of the property. Very convenient for any event near Wembley. Good Tube connection to central London.

Not good sound insulation, easy to hear people from other rooms. A bit of walk from the tube, but not too bad. It's zone 4 (but with Metropolitan line you are quite quickly in the center).

Clean and comfortable. Easy self check in and check out. Good shared kitchen. Water very hot and good pressure. Wifi good. Very calm area. 24h minimarket and late opening fast food aplenty nearby.

Location was amazing, super close to Wembley arena and stadium as well as Wembley Park underground. Asda with Mcdonalds nearby for food and groceries. Beds were comfy, rooms had their own keys/codes to enter, essentials supplied. Common areas were clean and well organised with each room having a designated space for their things.

The bed was very comfortable, there's a well-equipped, big kitchen. The house is close to the underground and the bus stop. You can find a variety of restaurants and shops nearby.

There wasn't anything wrong. Tv would have been nice, but my portable projector worked great.

It was all great I can't complain about anything, close to the stadium, what more can you ask for. I enjoyed it but left earlier than expected because my son was missing home. I will be booking again.

It was an amazing experience... All the guests in the house were so lovely, Vanessa the housekeeper she's wonderful... It was such a good feeling to stay there for 4 nights, the comfort of being at home away from home.. I literally loved it so much that it is going to be my spot in all my next stays in London (if availability possible).

There was nothing bad about the accommodation, just an inconvenience when we arrived as another guest had parked on the drive, but wasn't aware anyone else would need access. We were able to play car Jenga to reconfigure the cars so both could fit and get off without obstruction. Might be worth just mentioning to guests if they need to be aware of others who need to park

Excellent location, very close to Wembley stadium. Accommodation was very clean, beds were quite comfy. Weather was accounted for with a lighter duvet and a fan, although the room was still quite warm given the weather. We had a lot of communication from the hosts in the days leading up to our stay, and the few questions I had were answered very quickly
