Deborah is a fantastic host and the place was pristine clean!

The neighborhood is multicultural but not dangerous at all. We walked home many times at night without any harm. Usually with any transportation it’s about 20-40 minutes to the center of London.

Everything was excelent as aspected. The host is very kind and helpful, made an exception for us to check in earlier because we had a big luggage and checked out at 1am when we wanted to. 5 minutes from the accommodation is the elisabeth line, and 1 km or 10-15 minutes the London Underground-district line and many more. Shops everywhere near us if you need anything. We received multiple towels 5-6, sleepers, body wash, shampoos, tampons, new unopened sponges, toothbrushes and many more. It also has hairdryer and an iron. The kitchen is equipped with everything.Everything was clean and well made. We will absolutely be back if we ever come here again:)

The host, Deborah, is super lovely and provides a clean room and ensuite with the basics you need on a short trip. I was in London for work and was provided everything I really needed. The kitchen is small and not very modern but I just needed to meal prep a few meals and the oven works great. Thanks for having me!

Incredible value for money! Beautiful clean place with a private bathroom, just like in the pictures. Deborah is very kind and hospitable and even waited up late for us way past the check in time when we were delayed at the airport. The late checkout time is also a real luxury and the location is close to the Stratford transportation hub and easy to reach by tube or bus. If you are lucky enough to find an available night here, don't hesitate to book, you won't regret it!

I couldn't connect to WiFi, I don't know why. Owner kindly sent "access code" but I couldn't connect to use this. It this "user ID" or "pass word" ? I should ask the owner.

Owner is friendly, honestly and very quick response when I ask something through booking. com. Walking distance from Manor Park station and East Ham station. I will be back soon Thank you very much.

Can`t think of anything.

Wonderful host who will do everything to make you feel as comfortable as you`d be in your own home. Was also helpful about early check-in. Nice, bright, clean room as well as the whole flat. Bathroom equipped with everything you might need and forgot to take. Overall very positive experience and kudos to Deborah:)

Everything was perfect. It was just a little bit far from the city center, but the property can be reached easily by several Overground and Underground lines and Buses.

The kindness of the host. She was lovely to us during our stay. The price was appropriate for the days we stayed (almost a week). We especially liked that we could use the kitchen and all of the utensils, and we also loved having a clean, private bathroom in the room. We will definitely come back if we travel to London again.

My wife and I stayed at this property for a week just before Christmas. We were met by our host who welcomed us and showed us our room and the rest of the property as well as explaining the essential information relating to it. She was friendly and accommodating; always happy to help. The bedroom is sizeable and contains a large double bed, wardrobe, desks, table, chair, and lamps on either side of the bed for reading at night. The room also has an en suite bathroom with a toilet and shower. We found the facilities to be clean, comfortable, and suitable for our needs. The bedroom and bathroom are private and we were given a key to lock the door when we were out so that no one else could enter. Although we had sole use of our bedroom and bathroom, the rest of the property was also open for us to use, which comprised of the main living room and kitchen. On occasion our host was using this space and at other times it was empty, but it was always open for us as guests to use to cook, do washing, or relax. Free wifi was available. The location of the property is in east London and is around a ten minute walk from Manor Park station, which is on the Elizabeth line and allows direct transport to major central stations such as Liverpool Street and Tottenham Court without having to change line. The area is quiet, seemed safe, and had several small shops which stayed open late to sell groceries, food, and drinks. I could not fault the property and would recommend it on the grounds of its location, safety, facilities, cleanliness, cost, and the host.

Booked the property based on parking. After booking came to know parking is not there. Had to cancel my trip as it’s too risky to park my car anywhere in East Ham at night. Neither property nor booking.com helped to resolve. Waste of money. Avoid this property if you are looking for accommodation with parking.

It was informed in the booking details of the room that kitchen is accessible. However, it was not. Most importantly, to get drinking water from kitchen was the most inconvenient thing we experienced.

The room was spacious and clean. It was equipped with all the toiletries and the fan.
