Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomDirty car park. Early closure of midweek breakfast. 9:30, items were being removed from servery. We arrived at 9:15 and there was reduced choices already and no replenishment. Once you had selected your cereals toast etc, there was a rush to get remaining main hot breakfast dish. Perhaps should have been advised at checkin that 9:30 was breakfast area closed.
Convenience of proximity to Walton Centre hospital. Clean, tidy and modern rooms/public areas. Friendly staff.
