The twin bed was horribly uncomfortable (felt like a spring in my back) used all the extra pillows on mattress to sleep, the wifi didn't work on phones or TV, the blow dryer burned up after 1 use (texted people about it & it wasn't replaced) couldn't fix hair the rest of the week, couch unbearable to sit in for long, fan was falling apart, stool for desk was sized for a toddler, the gravel made it unsafe for elderly or disabled

Nice location, quiet, TV channels, hot shower, microwave (dishes & utensils) comfortable clean sheets, double bed very comfortable, nice towels & a lot of them

Tea station not replenished no tea bags.. 2 coffee sachets.. door very stiff.. door didn't lock from the inside so we had to sleep with the door unlocked. No response about the door from the owners?.

Uncomfortable single bed with thin mattress and squeaky springs. Temperamental shower difficult to get to run hot for any length of time. Creased bed linen giving the impression of not having been changed. Damp patch in wall by bathroom door.

The single bed had thin materess and you could feel the metal cross bar of the frame. Need thicker materess or a solid board to seperate the materess from the bed frame. Parking was limited and area very small.

Simple, all you needed to place to sleep. Shower was small but the wate pressure was fantastic.

No fridge, nowhere to hang clothes, nowhere to hang wet towels. No kitchen area. Extra channels on TV (Netflix etc ) not working.

The electrical set up in room 3 could be a fire hazard as the extension lead used for the kettle and microwave was just hanging from the socket. The shower screen didn't have a seal on the bottom, hence the water went all over the floor. One of the towels was marked. The bedding in room 1 was damp. There was nowhere to hang clothes on hangers, a small rail or hooks in the room would have sufficed.

Location was great, lovely village and ideal for us to attend a wedding in Worthing.

Hair dryer did not work, minor maybe. Had major issues trying to get the Internet to work to no avail. And very poor replies from host. We accidentally left a USB stick with the children's family photos on in the back of the TV. Messaged host multiple times, asking for it to be returned by post if possible and we will happily pay for it. It had been 5 days now, and absolutely no reply or response. Utterly unacceptable, all we wanted was our precious photos back.

All of it! The room was too small, no hanging space for dresses (attending a wedding). Very cold, thermostat secured behind plastic wall mounted box and did not run for longer than 60 mins at a time! Cobwebs, dirty bedspread, shower missing a 'knob', missing tiles behind basin and shower screen was useless as couldn't secure onto bath. Awful! Looked like a bodged project to be honest.

Location, close to wedding venue. Dee Dee's for breakfast.

The musty damp smell was horrible. Microwave provided, but no fridge. Not one place to hang jackets (ours were wet due to rain the first day) or clothes. Very difficult to lock the door. Shower curtain sucked onto the body when showering. Room not really warm enough (we live on Spain). Had to keep the blinds down so people couldn't look in when walking past. Got a shower but had to leave with wet hair because hairdryer didn't work....

Location was ideal for where we were going, and had parking space for car.
