Shower was inside the bath, I've just had a new knee so struggle to get into.. not a major problem because everything else was fantastic.

A warm welcome in arrival. The staff are just fantastic and so friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. We stayed with our dog in the main building and had a good sized room with v comfy bed. Great shower too. Loved the little bottle of fresh milk in the mini fridge for tea and coffee in room. Well stocked tea tray. We had dinner and breakfast each day and all meals were just perfect. Overall this is a fabulous place to stay and we hope to visit again. Highly recommend.

We stayed at the Fox and Goat to attend a wedding at the Manoir aux Quat' Saisons. We dropped our car off early in the morning a had a delicious sausage bap at the Fox and Goat to set us up for the day. Dawn allowed us to leave our case in the room and was the perfect host. The room was lovely, the bed very comfortable and everything was very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was another treat, we both had the full English before we set off on our long journey home.

We had a really warm and friendly welcome. Lovely spacious room that was spotlessly clean, it had comfortable beds and an excellent shower. We loved that there was fresh milk for tea or coffee making in the room. The food was delicious. The location was perfect for visiting Oxford.

There was absolutely nothing to complain about in any way.

Dawn, the owner/manager could not have been more helpful - even offering to come and pick us up from a party should a taxi have been unavailable (not needed though). The room was spotless and extremely comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend the Fox+Goat to friends. (The lunch/dinner menu looked very good as well, but we were unable to capitalise on that)

Absolutely lovely stay. Attending a trade event nearby, we arrived a little tired and were made so welcome not only by the owner, Dawn, but by the regulars in the bar too! Nothing was too much trouble for anyone - the staff were amazing, our room was absolutely lovely, the food was absolutely beautiful - we tried the specials and haven't eaten anything as truly delicious in a long time😋 and to top it all, our elderly dog was treated to biscuits and gravy despite his unfortunate mishaps - thank you so much Dawn, you are a true Diamond xxxx Will return again in a heartbeat if ever we are in the area x ( that's if you'll let us?🫣) xx

There are no improvements to be made at the Fox & Goat the food & staff are great.

The staff & owners were so helpful & friendly to us and made us feel so welcome & were very accommodating. They went out of their way to help us and the rooms are excellent with lovely comfy beds. They provide fresh milk in the rooms and the breakfast is delicious. Nothing is to much trouble for the staff at the Fox & Goat. It is also very welcoming & friendly.

We stayed in room6 and found it spacious, comfortable and Immaculate . Bonus was having a fridge in the room which was extremely quiet Bathroom .modern and very clean The pub was quaint with tables outside in the garden . Breakfast was very good.and value for money All staff very obliging and friendly

In the bathroom really need hook on back of door and self no where to put anything other than on the floor. Also hot day and was surprised had to ask for a fan must say quickly bought to room but tiny desk top fan should have been bigger. Bar shut 10oclock very early for Saturday night and noticed couple nights in the week was 8oclock so we would only return on the 10olock nights .

Lovely pub and restaurant and the food very good. All staff were friendly and helpful Really nice to have little fridge and fresh milk in the room.
