Dated room. We stayed in room 125. Constant humming noise coming from outside. Lighting not working. The bath wasn't draining water fast enough. We had a broken fan in the room. 2 soft pillows each. Very uncomfortable. Breakfast was cheap and poor in quality.Not enough choice for all of us. We had to keep asking for juice and croissant. Horrendous coffee machine. We paid close to £270 for two nights and it wasn't worth the money at all. Parking isn't free.Very disappointed for a collection signature hotel. Dismissive staff. We were told we will be contacted by management but that has not happened yet. There is definitely so much better out there at much more affordable prices.We will not be back.

The room was a good size and the bed was large & comfortable. Though there was no aircon the fan kept the room at a reasonable temperature for sleeping. I enjoyed the swimming pool, sauna & steam room befor checking out at 11.

IrelandNo lifts so was on 2nd floor with a bad knee trying to carry luggage. Restaurant quality poor. Staff were in the pool n was srubbing n cleaning whilst guests were using facility. Didn't explore or eat out in Gloucester as was very rough, felt unsafe, went to surrounding areas instead.

United KingdomNo cot in room despite requesting one, room felt dusty and in need of a revamp. Single bed in the room was uncomfortable. Breakfast not served until 8 which doesn’t cater for family’s with young ones up early. No alternative teas / drinks in the room for those that can’t drink caffeine. Music and shouting going on all night as event on. Staff unfriendly and left waiting in restaurant for table.

United KingdomThe Room Outdated with a bathroom that was left over from the 80’s. The bedroom furniture was covered in dust. The Swimming Pool A complete disgrace. Filthy dirty with slime running down the hot tub walls. Empty plastic cups in the pool . No lifeguard at all ! This pool was a public swimming pool that has been poorly maintained and is populated by local kids! Not at all relaxing The Bar Poor selection of beers, wines and only one gin!! The food Wasn’t expecting much at the stage but one of our mains was sent back because it was inedible. The Parking We had to pay !!! Seriously

JerseyThe room was extremely hot and therefore nights were very uncomfortable, we had 3 fans going all day and night. Our bath mat was dirty upon arrival, new cups were given every day but old cups were not taken away. Sometimes one bed was made but not the other need - very inconsistent.

United KingdomWe were given a disabled room instead of the standard twin bedroom that we booked. It was very uncomfortable and upon requesting to change we were told there wasn’t any other room to switch. We had to force ourselves to stay the night in an uncomfortable room. The facilities were not good at all. Rusty, dirty and mouldy. Kinda made me wonder if this is the kinda of room a disabled person is kept into in a 4-star hotel.
