United KingdomLovely hotel. Staff were accomodating . We laughed so much as when we arrived I left my phone in the taxi, then bar man forgot about my wine then my food. We also laughed in the morning when no hot breakfast due to staff sickness . Staff were lovely and smiling. We still had a great time .

United KingdomThe pool was lovely, nice clean changing areas. The restaurant was beautiful but limited and expensive food and drink options. We ate off site. The room was a good, comfortable bed and a sufficient size for a standard double room. Shower over bath, simple but good for purpose. Some extra cleaning could have been done in the bathroom due to some spots of mould but other than that, clean and tidy.

United KingdomOur executive room was of excellent size and felt comfortable. However there were no hooks or towel rails anywhere so difficult to deal with damp dressing gowns and drying swimwear. When rooms are refitted please put in some usb sockets. We travel by electric car and so the hotel needs to fit some charge points or urge the company that manages the car park to do so. We did find excellent charging points in the Gloucester Docks shopping outlet multi storey car park.
Health/spa facilities are excellent. Room size large. General appearance good and spacious. Breakfast as expected. Dining room spacious and food good but not to write home about. Very conscientious regarding food allergy and intolerances.

United KingdomSet in a housing estate with no views. Decor dated and none of the luxury you expect from an ‘ executive room’ or suite. Didn’t expect the bar to be closed for New Years Eve.
The pool area is well designed and clearly the focus of the hotel. The staff were very accommodating and helpful.

AustriaWe went with our dog and let the property know before arrival. They allocated us next to another bedroom with also a dog that was left alone during dinner and breakfast time for several hours and wouldn't stop barking. When we take our dog to a hotel we never leave it alone in the bedroom for more than half an hour (if we can't take it to the restaurant, which was the case) although it is very chill and doesn't bark at all but what's the point on taking her with us to keep her locked in a random bedroom... We didn't complain because we only stayed for one night and by the time we wanted to sleep, the dog owners were back and there was no more barking. The day after the same guests woke us up by banging other people's doors (probably a big family staying in different rooms) and again the dog barking... We just asked them directly to be more considerate with the rest of guests and they left quietly but the poor dog couldn't stop barking again. If we go back we will inform the Hotel about the dog after they have allocated the bedroom.
Very spacious bedroom and extra large comfy bed. Views to the carpark within a garden. Very clean and tidy with tea/coffee available in the room and a large bathtub. The Spa has a big swimming pool not too warm, two saunas and one hot water jacuzzi. The breakfast was nothing special (full English breakfast buffet) but ok for the price (£10). The staff at reception was very kind and welcoming.

Wine served in a gin glass, food orders not what was on the menu and nobody ever checked if we needed anything. This could be rectified with some training as staff were nice. The prices aren’t cheap for food etc so you would expect more. Beds a bit hard for our taste and cobwebs in the room.
Staff were very friendly and made you feel welcome. Beds were a good size and the pool area was nice. Food was also good.

United KingdomThe location. Right next to housing estate and it there were parts of the area that seemed very run down. The room was nice but the floorboards above us creaked a lot. People using the emergency exits to access back car park was noisy. Restaurant was very expensive and there was nothing nearby. The car park was quirky and it was not clear to us until we left whether we had to pay or not. We didn't.
I liked our room, it was a Suite. The hotel had a nice pool but we did not get a chance to use it.

United KingdomOrdered food in the bar area, took ages for the table to be cleared. When we woke up we wanted a coffee to find 1 of the cups was dirty with coffe drips down the side, clearly this hadn't been replaced/Cleaned since previous guest.
We have stayed here 3 times now and this time was by far the worst.
