Weren't able to get food prepared for the children until after 6.30 which was a little late for little ones.

Room was too hot and windows only opened 3 inches - fans were waste of time - hotel needs upgrading and air conditioning installing Swimming pool wasn't available to our grandchildren during day on Saturday which was very disappointing. a vending machine which was contactless would be a bonus - one needing coins is not good in this day and age

Breakfast was excellent and the only evening meal we had was very good value for money. leisure facilities were good and swimming pool was warm and clean. in room beds were comfortable and a good size

The female changing rooms in the spa were very dusty and not kept very clean on both days. The bar and restaurant seemed to be very over priced

The card machine struggled to process the transaction at our room but it was easily solved by going down to pay at the restaurant.

The staff was super helpful, especially one of the receptionist, he gave us a few great locations to get food and for scenic walking trails, was super pleasant. Some of the desserts at the hotel were also delicious, a cheeky late night treat.

Didnt like bed had a double that was 2 singles not connected and a thin mattress topper on top,so moved in middle plus no key safe as per your advertised.

Location in the middle of a residential area nothing around. Had to wait an hour for food with no explanation very overpriced. Rooms basic plugs didn't work dated. Over prised hotel

My room wasn't very quite, there was a generator or Aircon outside which was a bit annoying but not the end of the world.

The pool was nice, had a lovely jacuzzi in the middle. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and it was located not far from the M5 which was convenient. The hotel was clean and nicely presented. The menu looked nice, I had the sweet potato fries which were tasty.

Room hot, no air conditioning or fans and window opens a crack only. Pool times limited for children u16 so make sure you don’t arrive early evening as they can’t use it.

Creaky floor, poor shower, uncomfortable high beds and the heat level in the room. The lamb shank in the restaurant was overpriced for the amount of meat on the bone and the potatoes that accompanied were solid and overcooked.

a lot of cobwebs that had been there a while. no water in rooms. lots of stairs. I have mobility problems and was put in the furthest room! disabled shower but not a lot of room to manoeuvre in there. I didn’t see a lift or any way to get to my room without stairs.
