Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. United KingdomPool and jacuzzi was freezing cold, the first time we complained the women at the spa reception said “what do you expect it’s only a bubble pool it’s always like it” we made it known that we had been going to the hotel for 5 years and it’s never been cold, she then went on to ignoring us so we left and went back to the room. In the morning we went down to the pool and it was still freezing cold, we then raised our complaint to reception and we were then told someone would be in contact with myself with regards to compensation due to us being regulars and driving 2 hours from home the spend the night. Boone has been in touch with me and I’m quite disappointed. We spent most of our time in the room as was unable to use the pool.

United KingdomRoom wasn’t clean dust everywhere carpets didn’t look like they’d been vacuumed, the window in my room never shut wasn’t told about this. Some spa staff were rude and felt like it was a chore when asking them a question. Was never anyone constantly on reception. Bed was hard and on the last night was woke up nearly every hour to our room phone going off.
