My only small issue was the creaking floors. But this would definitely not stop us from returning. We had a fantastic relaxing stay. Thank you.

We were upgraded to a suite, which was a lovely surprise. All the staff were fantastic, especially Ericka, who was working whilst we were having breakfast. Ericka was working tirelessly to keep the guests happy, and she always had a smile on her face despite how busy she was.

No hot water for showers very poor water pressure asked for accessible shower for my wife who has mobility issues it was unuseable. Not allowing children to swim during the day was poor I chose this room to spend time swimming with my grandchildren felt let down. Times should be highlighted before booking.

The food price in the restaurant was a bit expensive for what we had

Room ,bed and bathroom were big...which was great.Plenty of room to move and for luggage.Room was perfect temperature.Bed comfy.Good lighting.Full length mirror...tick Hotel is well maintained and very clean.Staff without exception are friendly and helpful Leisure complex is brilliant.Long opening hours.Was permitted to bring grandchildren (who I was visiting ) to use the pool which was brilliant and hugely appreciated. Breakfast was excellent Our stay was really good value for money The food price in the restaurant was a bit expensive but the staff were very accommodating to the meal needs of my grandchildren Enjoyed our stay so much so have rebooked to stay over Christmas

Room was dirty - I saw several spiders in the dusty carpet, the duvet on the bed was a double duvet in a king size cover, pillows hard, staff miserable, food bland and cold in the restaurant, pool was dated and the fire alarm went off!

In the morning there could be a quicker checkout system. A key card box would be good for a quicker checkout. Apart from that an excellent stay.

The stairs. Elderly mum struggled with them. Bathroom towel rail supposed to be heated, wasn't working. Did report it. Could've done with proper coffee, barista style. Machine brewed stuff not the best.

We had to pay for parking, which wasn’t expensive at £5, however it would’ve been nice if it was free as we were guests staying at the hotel.

Really welcoming staff who informed us that they had upgraded us to the executive room! We were really pleased with this and the room was very spacious, clean and comfy. The spa was fantastic, we were given robes and the facilities were great, it was a big pool and it changed colours which was a nice feature. Also a great location with just a ten minute drive to Gloucester quays. We had a really relaxing time overall.

I would have preferred a better plant based option at dinner even if it was just a meat free burger and fries. In fairness, meals were shown as vegetarian, gluten free etc., but the vegan choice was very limited.

The room was immaculately clean, well furnished and the bed was perfect and very comfortable. I slept very well and was pleased there were no extraneous noises like lifts in operation, doors banging etc during the night as I have sometimes found in other hotels. The staff were extremely helpful and polite both at reception and in the dining room. Dinner was great, perfectly cooked but I found the portions a bit too generous. Breakfast was good, nice staff and pleased they served oat milk instead of dairy. Although I didn't take advantage of it on this occasion there is I believe a gym. Perhaps importantly for many travellers, there was adequate free parking. The room had an iron and ironing board which can be useful, and tea and coffee facilities but no hairdryer (or maybe it was just missing from my room). The important thing is that I had a really wonderful stay and great sleep!

Showers were not overly hot and the water pressure not great. - only fault any of us had.

Great breakfast, lots of choice and nicely cooked. Hotel was close to city centre and near a park to walk round. We have never been to a hotel with such friendly, helpful, happy staff.

The smell of damp as u walk to the rooms shower was cold and no plugs by the bed to plug my sleep apnea machine in The restaurant menu was great for lunch but evening meal was rubbish and expensive for what u get will not be going back

The water that ran from the bath was so dirty and brown it was full of dirt sand grains I was so disappointed as a single mum that just took the night away to relax alone this was truly disappointing as I just wanted to relax :(

Felt the 1 biscuit inadequate , would have expected a packet of 2 . Thought breakfast was included for the price .Friends stopping with me paid £6 less and their price included breakfast . My friends room smelt of damp .Heavy rain , window had been left open. Receptionist asked " What would you like me to do about it"Managed to get a different room Tried to order gluten free food as on the menu .Was told had to wait for a supervisor to okay the order . person didn't turn up . Braved the flooding and went out for food !!!! Myself and my friends all involved in the Hospitality & Catering industry, felt that we had received neither!!!
