Desperately need a site map at reception/sales venue for site plan of numbered caravans - arriving at site after facilities are closed will be carnage, we fortunately arrived just as the bar was closing and they provided an A3 sheet with caravan numbers on (absolute life savers). If that didn't happen then its likely an evening in the car or a hotel offsite would've been required

Everything was at hand if needed or required - transport wasn't required as the site provision covered all aspects, however if off site entertainment/activity was required then there's a myriad of facilities well within walking distance that provide a break if wanted away from site

wasn't anything major that we didn't like couple of items in kitchen need renewing ie canopener and the squeegee mop in bathroom needs renewing to clear water from shower floor.

Quality of linen, crockery and cutlery were not up expectation. A complete mixed bag of plates, glasses and cutlery. Bed was extremely soft and linen looked like it was on its last legs. No towels was very odd. No pillowcases and extremely worn out pillows.

Size and value for money. Enough space to feel comfortable.

Can't think of one thing that we would change.

We had booked to stay in Great Yarmouth from Monday 10 - Friday 14 June but decided to extend our stay in East Anglia by 2 days from 8 June. We were quoted £450 by Parkdean to extend by 2 nights in Yarmouth (ridiculous as they are only quoting £209 for 3 nights this week). We found your lovely site on Booking.com and you offered us a 2 night stay for £132 which we could not refuse! The site was in a lovely position right on the beach with a nice little clubhouse with a pool table (which we love). You are pet friendly so our Cockapoo Molly dog came with us. Reception staff were really friendly and helpful. The caravan was obviously used and loved by it's owners, not a site caravan with no character. It was homely and well equipped over and above our expectations. We would recommend this to our friends/family. Thank you.

There are lots of small decorations on the shelves, which I wasn't a fan of—but I guess it is a personal preference. There was some powder in the box under the bed (I don't know what it was; my guess is sodium bicarbonate? for moisture or ant repellent—who knows?), which my one-year-old nearly consumed as we weren't aware it was there in the first place. Otherwise, it was quite a pleasant stay.

Very quiet location given how close it is to so many facilities a short walk away. Spacious caravan, well equipped and nice and tidy. Very peaceful at night and close to the beach for a stroll. We would happily stay here again.

Mould on the curtains, had to reset the boiler to turn the heating on. The spare pillow in the bedroom was wet with a horrible yellow stain on it

Unhygienic ie: couldn’t have a shower as the trap was disgustingly, smelly. Disability seat for shower was dirty, the shower walls had grime/mould down them plus the toilet seat looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in months and the radiators was very rusty.

We were asked to not park on the grass and to use car parking spaces but we couldn't find them.

The caravan was cozy and had plenty of space. The site was very close to the beach (5 minutes away) and had multiple ways to get down there from close to the site if you can't use stairs. Instructions sent on the email were clear and explained some issues the caravan might have and how to fix them (like how to change gas tanks if you run out, how to open the keysafe if it jams etc.) which I liked. Multiple shops nearby and a short drive to Great Yarmouths sandy beach!

We enjoyed everything, cannot fault it.

Very close to all the amenities, lovely caravan. So close to the beach, can't wait to visit again. Caravan pictures do not do it justice, much better in real life.
