Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomStunk rotten in bathroom shower area , absolutely disgusting smell of thick tobacco smoke . Cupboards needed wipe out spiders etc. Fridge did not work. Lampshade broken in bedroom . The shower the floor is falling in needs looking at replacing whole thing. Verandah was collapsing and needing looking at unsafe and no gate for dogs or children. Only thing duvets so cold ,dirty pillows. Toilet is lose in bedroom washroom. Nearly killed us with the smell of smoke it affected our chests and throats. Generally very dated caravan with many repairs needed and scented candles , air fresheners you name it needed.

United KingdomWhat we didn't like was the two single beds, my daughter and I have had very little sleep for the last 3 nights as the mattress have springs coming through and my back shoulders and himps are hurting and you slide and end up on floor when you turn , I also had fix curtains in lounge area that was fulling down and the shower door was fulling of its rails, as for the swimming pool on bure staff wasn't interested in helping us out to swimming and we ftied twice, the security guard after 5pm on yare didn't want to let us in, as we didn't have a pass, and told us as we had dogs we was not welcome, dog friendly site my foot.
We love the caravan and it location, very impressed when we first walked in, quietness, Caravan clean, it size was brilliant, it's the best size and layout we've had, but, The only thing we did manage to use was crazy golf,
