Had to clean the microwave before using it some cobwebs in kitchen and bathroom. This is a split bungalow with the host living next door,she had a yapping dog which you could hear quite clearly.Bathroom had no blind or curtain over the bathroom window The spacious bedroom had an adjoining door to the host next door which was locked , it had a curtain covering it but at night the light next door was left on and lit up our bedroom. If you owned a dog I think this would be an ideal place to stay. Overall we enjoyed our stay here but not being dog lovers we wouldn't return

Host let us have an early check in, she also.left tea and coffee , and milk in the fridge which was a nice touch This place is only 100 metres from the beach with a bus stop outside.ample parking ,spacious bungalow

This is to help future travellers. There wasn't a full size oven. There is a small halogen oven, which works in the same way as an air fryer and is about the same size as a small air fryer. It was fine for cooking small amounts of food and easy to operate. I think this place is ideal for a couple who are eating out a lot but it would be a struggle to self cater for a family of 4 for more than a couple of days. There was no cupboard space for food and no dining table, just a breakfast bar with two high seats. There was also nowhere to put excess rubbish (not a problem for us as we were only there a couple of days).

Very good value, warm, comfortable and lovely location. Perfect for a short stay.

The only thing i could suggest would be black-out blinds in the bedroom but the bed was extremely comfortable so we managed to have a lay in still!

It was a really cosy home away from home! The space is larger than you would expect and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Borth was beautiful and iwas just a 25 minute walk into town from this place. Even quicker if you drive but the views are exceptional so it was always a pleasure. We will definitely be back again!

I can't believe how well kitted out this flat was it felt like all you needed was your clothes and a toothbrush. Would recommend this place to anyone and for the price you can't go wrong.

I'm not used to SKY tv. A booklet guide (for the service and the remote control) would have been helpful. I'm not much of a TV watcher, but like to listen to the radio and watch the news. This is the only negative comment about the whole experience though and it certainly didn't spoil my stay!

Breakfast wasn't an option as the property was self catering. There was, however, tea, coffee, sugar and milk provided. The property was very nicely decorated and furnished. Lovely art on the walls, a good selection of books and local guides - even the crockery was lovely, not the usual self catering cheap white option! The bed was very comfortable with plenty of pillows. 3 minutes walk from the beach, close to the nature reserve and dunes. A few minutes drive into Borth - try the fish and chips from The Surrey Chip Shop! I met Llewella as I arrived and she was lovely, friendly and helpful. I needed a place to retreat, relax and reset myself and this was perfect. I'm already looking forward to another visit!

Comfortable and well appointed flat with a nice welcome from Llewela. Good to have milk in the fridge with tea and coffee on our arrival. Good location for my son and I, plus dog, on our Wales Coast Path walk and for my wife to cycle, visit RSPB site and support us. Appreciated the flexibility to amend booking to accommodate her. Easy parking and good location for Ynyslas beach and exploring the local wildlife reserves. Recommended :-)

The bungalow was stunning so clean and comfortable. The owners had thought of absolutely everything you could possibly need for a stay. The location is beautiful stones throw away from the beech, couldn't have asked for anything better xxx
