Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

FranceSometimes the noise made by students who bring other students into their rooms is really bothering, especially in the middle of the night. The windows are not thick enough to filter out the noise from outside. Ideally booking in the middle of August is fine, but early September is a risk of not sleeping well.
The ideal solution to travel on a budget when you want a room on your own in a central part of London.

ChinaRoom looked tired. The bathroom was occasionally not as clean as you would like it to be- bad sound proofing. The rooms although not in terrible condition weren't the same as the pictures posted.
Extremely good location at Camden and excellent value for money. Great security within the property, and staff in general are very helpful.

United KingdomYou have to work things out for yourself which some people may not appreciate. Go to the reception to meet with security guard that gives you your keys and then try and find the room within the maze like block. You can work it out so its not a drama just takes a few minutes. But again, for the price and location I wasn’t expecting concierge service so it was completely fine
Clean and comfortable room in student accommodation block. Paying £50 for a room in central London you know you aren’t getting the Ritz. For what it is its perfect, a single bed with clean bedding and a towel for the shared bathroom.

ColombiaIt did not immediately specify it was a tsudnet hostel. The sink in the room was not properly cleaned and it was blocked; it coudl have flooded overnight. Also , I was told by night porter I could stay till 1pm when I was moving to apartment, but they asked me to leave at 10am.

United Kingdomi stayed here for the 4th time differant room every time stayed because had pre booked for work and location the rooms were all in a state of disrepair broken drawers stained sinks bad curtains cheap one pillow one cheap towel bad lighting everything unfit for purpose yet alone students bathrooms mixed unsafe doors on rooms flimsey one push and your in this building is unfit for purpose and like schools must be shut

ItalyThe bed pillow was very thin, only one towel provided, I’ve asked for more but with no positive feedback. The room was too hot and the window couldn’t be open, I’ve asked for the key but no feedback at the reception. Wifi doesn’t work on laptop only mobile.
