Lots of flys but expected due to location

Had the most amazing two night stay here with my boyfriend in the Badger hut. So peaceful and so relaxing. Hut has everything you need including smart tv, wifi, hob, fridge etc. Thank you so much for the Prosecco when we arrived was lovely to have in the hot tub! So close to Penrith, shops and a easy drive into the Lakes. Did not want to leave, we had the most unreal time Thank you so much again🥰

We had amazing stay! The accommodation was so clean and tidy and the decor was perfect. The views from the huts are beautiful and location made it so relaxing.

Very little. We did experience a lot of flys...... but this is the countryside! A few flypapers sorted that out.

Absolutely superb! Lovely location and a comfy setup. Very peaceful, only one other unit in the field and that is far enough away for complete privacy. Helpful host available at the end of the phone if needed. Well kitted out for a multiple night stay, with plenty shops & amenities within a ten minute drive. Could have stayed longer, will certainly return and recommend to friends and family.

2nd stay At Inglewood Shepards hut, stayed in Badger both occasions. Total bliss, can not beat sitting in the hot tub on a sunny morning with a cuppa admiring the views, appreciating the peace. Ideal location, feel very remote yet very close to Penrith and amenities should you need them. Cleone is fantastic, very helpful and superb host.

Adorable little shepherds hut, very private, quiet, modern and was just the perfect relaxing break we needed.

Can’t complain about anything, it was perfect. Only thing would be that some of the glasses were a bit dirty but nothing a quick clean wouldn’t fix but that’s the only thing that I could think of.

Gorgeous location, can tell there’s been a lot of effort put into making it feel homely. All the facilities there helped make it a great stay. The hot tub was lovely and the fire pit in the middle of the 2 huts was really nice.

Cleone was very accommodating from our first day even when we had arrived slightly later than planned due to train strikes. The lodge was very comfortable and beautifully located, nice and peaceful and would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a lovely scenic view and a quiet weekend away!

The location is gorgeous, the hut is comfortable with everything you need including a lovely hot tub, fire pit and BBQ. The town of Penrith is a short drive away and easy to get to. Lovely and peaceful, very very relaxing! There are a couple of friendly goats who came to say hello!

The flies... but that soon sorted with some of those bug candles we got from home bargains. The bbq hadn't been cleaned out nor had the hot tub but we managed sort these out ourselves on the first night.

Stunning views, quiet area, amazing wildlife and the hut was beautiful.

We loved everything about this place, so we’ll decorated and furnished to make the most of the space. A gorgeous location serving as a perfect base for exploring the area. Well though out amenities, we especially enjoyed the hot tub! board games and welcome eggs from the hens and prosseco in the fridge were a lovely touch.

The hut had great facilities and was amazingly well kept. There was a birthday banner and Prosecco waiting for us, on arrival which just made the stay extra special. The hot tub and bbq were a fantastic addition to a great weekend. Couldn’t have wished for a better stay!

The property was amazing, in a field that is rural and so peaceful but also close to amenities in Penrith and also all of the beauty in the Lakes. We had the most amazing stay, there has been a lot of attention to detail and the lodge really is clean and luxurious. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and all of the little things. Our dog had the best break too and the price of the hut compared to any others is fantastic value for money especially with the privacy you get. We will be back soon.

No salt left on salt mill, although this helped my diet :)

Stubbing and property, it was perfect just the smallest of details that made our stay great. Tea and coffee provided, board games and the fire was lovely and cost at night. I loved the 2 goats that kept popping over to say hello, they were quite comical and my little bites loved them ❤️
