Lack of towels.

The owner of the property was lovely and helpful. the room was comfortable and clean. Bathroom was great and clean also. The street it is on is very quiet and is in a good location. Overall a really good stay!

The heating wasn't working, but there was an additional system. It would also be great if the toilet was attached.

I liked the cosiness of the small, nicely decorated room on the ground floor.

Bathroom was next door to our room but had no lock - felt very uncomfortable using it knowing that someone could just walk in. There was also someone else’s toiletries in the bathroom when it was supposed to be solely for our use. There were no towels. A kettle with tea and coffee would have been appreciated in the room. The front door stays open all night - would be better for all rooms to have a front door key.

No possibility to make a drink. Not possible to lock or bolt bedroom or bathroom doors. No clothes hangers in cupboard. Hard mattress.

Only thing could have been better is proper locks on the doors to bedroom and private bathroom. There was a lock inside the bedroom but no way of locking the door when out. The separate bathroom is for private use per guest, but again needs a lock to lock the door when out. If these issues are sorted, it would be ideal especially for short breaks.

Very bright and fresh room. All clean to a very good standard. Comfortable bed, all furnishings were new looking and modern.

Nothing, please note booking.com has listed a few things that don't currently exist, I informed the Hosts about this, so I am sure they will sort them. Bear in mind this is a house with a room used as a bedroom so things listed may be available if use of whole house is ever an option

Property is new to booking and can tell it is newly renovated. It was immaculate throughout. The bed is a comfy small double. It's a prefect space ,if you're looking for a simple, cosy and comfortable stay. The hosts are really friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay again. Thankyou

There was no outside lock on the front door. There was a bolt on the inside but not sure that is much good if there are people coming and going. The code provided was of no use at all as there was nowhere to use it! what was it for? There was no lock on the bedroom door however there was a bolt on the inside that didn't work. Had block door with the cloth rail as I was worried someone would come in!! The 'private bathroom' advertised not in fact private, was indeed a share bathroom that was not clean. The towels were not clean and smelt like they had been used! Felt vulnerable glad I was not on my own!! Unfortunately we arrived a little later than check in due to traffic so didn't see the host. Left as soon as we could in the morning so didn't see them then either. Someone elses clothes in the wardrobe didnt make us feel at home!! haha! No access to the kitchen possibly because we were the at 6.20pm not 6pm? No cups or glasses available to get a drink of water from the bathroom. would not stay again...

Unresponsive property. When I got there their phone number was disabled, the property had no doorbell, no emails were answered. Had to contact Booking to cancel this for me and book somewhere else. Lovely way to spend an afternoon!

Host wasn’t in when I first walked in even though he said he would, I had no keys until he walked in. People walking in and out of the house all night, weird smell around the house.

The only thing I'll mention is the radiator in the bedroom was cold . The thermostat was nowhere to be seen. We tried turning the knob on the rad but nothing happened. This is the second time we've stayed there in the last few weeks and this time as it's later in November it was cold .

A very well presented , room in house . Easy parking outside . The room is just inside the front door with its own shower room next door. The kitchen is also next to the shower room and bedroom . Very handy for our two little dogs who were able to pop out the front garden which is fully enclosed. Easy check in. Friendly respectful guy living there .

My stay at J&F property was impressive.The cleanliness of the property was outstanding. Every area was spotless and well-maintained. The hospitality provided was also exceptional and I felt at home from the moment I arrived. Additionally, the clear instructions provided for check-in and other facilities were very helpful.
