Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Czech RepublicRoom is quite small, but still ok. There is some kind of loading dock near by so it was bit noisy in the morning. Shower need deep cleaning as it was mouldy. We asked to change linen after 3 nights but it was never done.
Nice and friendly staff. Lovely buffet breakfast. Convenient location.

United KingdomThe bathroom fan turned on by itself very early on Sunday morning so we were woken up by this, not sure if it’s on a timer as we couldn’t turn it off. The street outside was very noisy with traffic and people throughout the night.
The location was an easy walk from the train station and the main areas. It was good for a one night stay.

United KingdomBack of hotel looks onto yard for Aldi/Sainsburys. AC unit made a loud rattling/buzzing noise that is very noticeable even with windows shut, making it impossible to sleep. Appreciate this isn’t the fault of hotel, however feel this is needing addressed (possibly better sound proofing in rooms)
