Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The entire property has been professionally and beautifully upgraded and decorated. The view from rooms on the front of building are spectacular -- right into the bay off of Newquay. My room (#4) was quite large and wonderfully furnished. The owners could not do enough for us, the breakfast selections were many and very well prepared. There's an honor bar in the breakfast room (nice touch), a small terrace on the front. Great welcome and plenty of assistance with luggage.

United KingdomWe had an amazing stay. The hotel is in a very good location, closed to bars, restaurant and shops. Room no 3 was very cleaned, just refurbished with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast was exceptional! If we could, we would have extended our holiday. We will definitely go back.
