Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomThe cleanliness of the property was questionable. Lots of cobwebs (in easy to reach areas) and dust on surfaces. Although the caravan looked clean, it didn’t have a clean feel about it, especially the bathroom. Appreciate the caravan is probably old & tired but the bathroom was exceptionally mouldy, the carpets were dirty (take slippers) and the sofa was stained. The duvets and pillows were dirty, glad we took our own. Suspicious stains on the headboards. Stained sofa. The extortionate cost per dog. At £30 per dog, this feels very excessive and the money made from this doesn’t seem to go towards a deep clean.
The site and location of the caravan is lovely. Although we didn’t use the site facilities, we were only a 2 min walk away from the main area and the beach was only 2 mins the other way.

United KingdomWiFi router didn't work. Couldn't connect to internet in caravan. Had to pay £10 for 2 days of very flaky, weak and intermittent internet on the park guest WiFi. Router needs a hard reset or replacing.
Caravan was comfortable. A little cold on an evening. Furnishings a little tired and threadbare.
