Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Exceptional service from staff. Had a very warm welcome from Scarlet and she was very friendly and helpful. Our room was very warm, with very comfortable bed and great lighting. Coffee and tea available and everything was well thought out. Very spacious room. Breakfast was great.

United KingdomThe bar shut early and the staff who served me didn't seem to know about drinks and sizes of glasses to put drinks in he put a double bailey's in a shot glass and it was spilling everywhere I asked for a medium glass with ice and got a shot glass maybe he was new but needs a little training his manner was friendly and helpful

The hotel and team are amazing. I travel alone with work and always find the team very welcoming with lovely comfortable rooms. The breakfast offering may appear small however there is everything you need with amazing quality food that is always hot. Lovely touches with homemade products as well.
