United KingdomBed wasn't too comfortable but was good enough for one night. Says there is parking but it's really just for one car, so had to look for parking in surrounding roads which was difficult, and had to pay for it.
Despite the other reviews, we had no issues with our room. we had hot water, bathroom and bedsheets were clean. Was easy to find and get in touch with the host. We received code instructions before we arrived and everything went smoothly.

United KingdomTried to reach the host for 3 days to arrange check in with no response to either messages or phone calls despite confirmation and paying in full in advance. Never received check in information and no staff at property to help us for the entire 2 hours we tried to check in. Only received the codes after leaving an angry voicemail and contacting Booking dot com for a refund. Suddenly we received several messages including the code. Very poor customer service and communication, as we were then 2 hours late to the event I flew to London for in the first place. No replies other than the code itself to any questions we had after either.
Room was comfortable and well kept, handy location to Ealing Broadway tube station.

United KingdomThe boiler didn't work so we had to call the host. This was very good communication and they told us how to turn it on. However, it was then very temperamental and kept going off so while one of us was in the shower the other had to monitor the boiler and turn it back on again!
The location was excellent, literally 2 min walk from tube station. Lovely area with plenty of food places and good bars. Ideal base for exploring London.

Hard to find it and the directions given were inaccurate. The main entrance to the building was open and remained open and unattended for the whole of the night. There was no lock on it and the code panel entrance was disabled.

United KingdomThe lock on the main building was broken The lock on the apartment was broken from the inside, making it impossible to secure the door. The shower was not functioning correctly; there was no shower head holder, and no hot water. There was loud music coming from another apartment at 2:00 AM. The bed was so uncomfortable- you could feel the springs!! The description mentioned parking, but there was none available. I ended up paying £16 for parking. At 11:00 PM, we were in bed when a man entered the apartment. The apartment had been double-booked, and he had been given our lock code. Because the inside lock was broken, we could not secure the door. We felt very unsafe and scared!!. We contacted the host, who apologized and promised a refund, but this never happened. They told booking.com that we did not arrive and cancelled the booking. (To get out of paying refund) They never returned our calls or responded to our messages afterward. It was a very unpleasant experience. I would advise against staying at this location unless you want a night in hell!! Avoid this place!!!

GermanyOverall a really bad stay. This property shouldn't be listed on Booking.com Front door to the property didn't lock so anyone can just walk in. Shower head broken so you had to hold it. temperature control doesnt work so it's just luke-warm water. We asked for help to fix it and were told someone would but no one showed up. Bed is awful. springs sticking up. Linen smells sour with sweat. Kitchen is really badly equipped, half-eaten packet of oats in the cupboard. Half a roll of loo paper so we had to buy our own. Wouldn't recommend.

United KingdomI booked this place for my parents who came to London to visit me. I asked the host if it was possible to have the code to enter just a few hours before their arrival, but he did not reply. When I asked again, he insulted me, saying I was not normal and that I shouldn't write to him anymore. I had to call Booking.com because I was worried, and only then did I receive an email with the code. We noticed that the heater and the boiler did not work, and I reported this to the host. He told me someone would come at 10 AM the next day. On top of that, the flat had an unpleasant odour, but the heater was a much bigger issue. My parents left the flat to have breakfast, and when I arrived at 9:50 AM, I saw that someone was in the property (apparently the landlord, as the host I was in touch with seemed to be just a tenant who rents the place) with no one inside, and my parents' belongings were still there. The issue with the heater was not fixed. I texted the host, complaining that someone was in the property without anyone else there, and he told me, "The landlord owns this house worth more than 6 million. You think he will take stuff from your mummy's bag?" I said that I would check if anything was missing and complain if necessary, and he told me that I needed a "mental doctor." My parents, who are not that young, slept in a cold flat and could not use hot water (so they had to take a shower with cold water) because the person who came did not fix the problem and the host did not care, and instead was rude and insulted me. This stressed me and my parents out. I cannot believe Booking.com has hosts like this one.

United KingdomHorrendous. Sorry - sinks hadn’t been cleaned with a proper product (limescale and soap scum). Boiler don’t work so no hot water. Bedding was obviously not changed regularly (stale smell). Hairs in bed sheets. The contact number and email were not responded to. I am yet to get a receipt for the stay (against the law). The owner obviously does not care one bit and relies on the shortage of property availability. I complained to Booking.com that this is a horrendous property and is unfit for purpose
