Room size with two beds would have been great to have it a bit larger. Lounge Hrs longer would have been nice; and longer hours for food service in the lounge as well.

It did not have a hair dryer , I probably could have asked the front desk , but it wasn't crucial And I think it would be difficult for elderly to get into the tub/shower

Window mechanism too complex to open! Bathroom somewhat small and bath difficult to access. Biggest issue is the closure of Humphrey's bar at 11........ would have liked to used this facility for longer after we returned from concert but instead we were rushed to finish our drinks.

Club room was a good size. Breakfast was extensive and not rushed. Free water appreciated. walkable distance to Albert Hall.

The inside doors in some of the lifts needed a good clean and polish. Although it was stated that the bar closes at 11:00pm, staff started taking away the table lamps and lowering shutters before then, obviously keen to finish their shifts. To be fair, we were asked at 10:50 if we wished to order another drink, but the atmosphere was spoiled for the many people still chatting, relaxing and drinking there.

Arrived at lunchtime to find our room was already available. Our deluxe King Room was spacious, well-appointed and very clean. Room heating was easily controlled and efficient, the bath was a good size and the comfortable bed provided a good night’s sleep. Breakfast was plentiful with a wide variety of choice. The options of fried noodles and bean casserole were welcome additions to the usual items. Throughout our stay, staff were welcoming and most helpful.

There are some stairs in the corridor, if you are travelling with heavy luggage, it may cause you few problems. Bathroom is a bit "tired". Window faces to the corridor, picture with the view from window is attached.

WiFi access private room ONLY worked for Android or Apple devices. Unable to connect Amazon tablet and Nintendo switch. The hotel sent us a tech guy which was not able to fix the issue. There was an unlocked utility door with access to cavity of the wall and all various pipes. Not the highest safety standards we would expect.

Hotel location is very handy. Hotel was clean and staff polite.

There was no refill of shampoo & skincare lotions during the stay. Fresh water bottles would have been nice. The fridge was a bit noisy from time to time.

The location was perfect for us, very close to transportations. The breakfast was near perfect. The hotel is clean and neat.

The hotel is quite dated. Our room had a drafty window which we told reception about and they tried to fix it but didn't work. Also, housekeeping needs to brush up on their standards and regular checks.
