Lovely, polite and accommodating staff. Room wasn't exceptional, but it was spacious and very clean. Bed was comfortable, and all necessary amenities were there. We weren't after luxury (but, i'm sure they offer more luxurious rooms - we didn't need one, as we were only there to sleep for one night), so it provided everything we needed. Exceptional location, with the tube station just outside! Will be our go-to hotel when visiting London now!

No window to open room far to hot needs to be able to let a bit of air in . Not enough toilet roll for 3 people had ti ask for more . Bar could stay open longer for customers to have a drink 12 o clock

Location wa good.Walking distance to the underground. The room was lovely and cleaned everyday if you wished. Breakfast was good, a big choice of hot and cold food.

We didn't have shower soap for two days even though the cleaning services went in the room. Additionally we had glasses with wine, forks and knives that were never cleaned from the table for our entire stay

The hotel is very nice, welcoming entrance with high quality service Porters. The location is also awesome, like 20 mins from the central museums and literally next to the underground.

Entrance to the hotel was confusing, as it’s not facing the Main Street. Not enough tea, coffee and sugar in the room. No free biscuits. Bathroom cabinet could do with painting.

The room was clean and spacious - a deluxe twin room gave us 2 double beds - loads of room for 2 of us! Staff were friendly. Location was great for walking to the Royal Albert Hall

Cold room. Ancient, inefficient and extremely noisy heating to room. No heated towel rail so no means of drying towels to use a second time on a day and needing a change each day. Dirty stain on chair in room. Cold air entering from window.

No soap in sink dispenser in bathroom of room, would have liked hair conditioner in shower.

Staff very friendly and professional, no delay in check-in or check-out. Very comfortable and secure hotel directly across the road from tube station.

Our room view to the inside of the courtyard was määääh. The best view you can have is when courtins are closed, like the moment when we entered the room. But that was not important to us, hence no big deal, but maybe important to others.

Location needs to be called out and is great. Just 30 meters away from the underground station and a lot of restaurants and grocery around. Bed was very comfortable. Price/value very fair and I can recommend that hotel.

I love this hotel & the staff, but I really hope that they renovate it because the furniture is old.

The staff is really nice, the location is excellent. The check in was fast when they saw that the line was getting bigger. Bags were getting up to the room fast.

- Furniture little bit old. - Bathroom cleaning needs improvements.

- Premium location in Chelsea, short walk to the underground station serving 3 lines, Piccadilly, District and Central lines. - The staff is very helpful.

Heater / air conditioner unit did not seem to work and was very noisy through the night. The breakfast layout is the most unusual of any hotel I have visited including the worst scrambled eggs I have ever experienced!

My room floor needed to be vacumed. Needs a few more bedside cabinets in familybroom.

Plenty of things for breakfast including eggs and Sausages. Pancakes and waffles are extra. Plenty of croissants and pastry. Breakfast pots ard a bit messy.

The room decor could do with a refresh, and a deep clean. We were first assigned a room that smelt incredibly bad of smoke, however we were then assigned a better room and staff were very attentive. The outside noise of other residents coming in and out of corridors is very noticeable when in the room, and did keep us up at times in the night.

The location was fabulous, staff were very accommodating and friendly. Perfect for getting in and out of central London with tube station just a 2 minute walk away.

There was a door to another room where other people booked/lived. On the last day new arrivals almost opened it, probably checking where those doors lead to. But for us it was not OK.

Complimentary bottled water in room is always nice.Fridge could be stocked with a few chargeable items. So didn’t like that there was no water and fridge was empty.
