Could do with an ironing board in the rooms, even a small pull down, but not a big deal.

The vibe was very relaxing and it was a great location for Excel London where we were working. The staff were friendly and really helpful, particularly Malkit and Remco... I had to get their names in the morning. I think it was Malkit who was there when I checked in and he was so friendly and helpful, having a little giggle as well with myself and colleagues. It's always great to find a friendly face when working away from home.

At night when we are walking out of the hotel there weren’t many streetlights so much of the path was quite dim.

Breakfast was fabulous… range of cooked and continental was good. Buffet style so you could choose as much as you wanted. Good quality. Games facilities was a huge bonus! Lots of fun had!

stunningly decorated beautiful spaces the children felt so at home in rooms and the downstairs communal area. the whole place just has a warm, relaxed vibe in a very modern stylish setting. absolutely loved it! the family room was also excellent the two spaces for the beds and a tv each really helped me manage the tired children at the end of a long london day. the bathroom was spacious and shower was fab! and the beds were exceptionally comfy ! the breakfast had an excellent selection and the children enjoyed having lots of choices and things to try- filled us up we hardly needed anything else till Tea time. we also had one night at where we played games at the hotel and got a couple of sharing platters, they were delicious and great value for money! may I also say the staff were excellent with myself and the children- so happy and friendly and just couldn’t do enough for us. overall we had an absolutely epic time in London and the hotel was the icing on the cake ! the children have been raving about it none stop to family and friends and as a single mum with three early teens it makes me so happy to see how much they enjoyed themselves! we will be back definitely!! thank you Moxy team

We stayed here for a conference we came from SA, and it was a bit of an expensive visit than I'd expect for a budget hotel. My room was clean but it would've been nice to have more amenities for the price, I can't complain. My welcome at check-in was exceptional and very friendly and informative. I would recommend it.

The water in the sink didn’t drain very well, and the Men’s Toilets in the Lobby could be cleaned and redecorated.

The bed was incredibly comfy & soft, the room and bathroom looked amazing & was cleaned perfectly, the rooms had perfect lighting and although some reviews note a high amount of noise from the airport, we didn’t hear a single plane.
