We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Top of a long list of things I liked was the warmth and friendliness of all the staff. When all around you see happy smiles from staff, your mood is uplifted. Thank you all! Next on the list was the lovely building which was recently renovated and was spotless. The dinner was worthy of a 5star restaurant. The dinner was excellent. My main course was Cod loin in seaweed! Combined with the service of a wine waiter who knows his wines as well as any Sommelier it was unforgettable. Breakfast also to be a similar standard. What is not to like? Hope I get a chance to return soon.

Clean, modern, quiet, well-equipped with little extras which were appreciated e.g. fresh milk in fridge. Meal deal was excellent value for money as was the quality of the food both in the evening and at breakfast. Friendly, polite and efficient staff. Excellent surroundings and easy free parking.

We were travelling for a family funeral being held at the hotel and everything about our stay was lovely. We booked dinner bed and breakfast, the food was amazing, bedroom comfortable and clean and the staff incredibly attentive and kind, nothing was too much trouble. The setting is lovely. I would definitely stay again.

We stayed at the hotel while attending a wedding at a nearby venue. The staff were friendly and very kindly arranged an early check in for us so we could change in our room and unpack before the wedding. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and had a great selection of options. Would definitely visit again.

Large, exceptionally well appointed bedroom & bathroom. Lovely, comfortable king bed. Very good restaurant, food was excellent both at dinner & breakfast. Beautiful country location with wonderful views. Exceptionally hard working staff, especially the young lady serving at the bar & then in the restaurant (think her name was Emma?). Very attentive & personable.

United KingdomOnly problem is I had a king suite the bed was a double which was a very tight squeeze fitted 2 adults and child in it if wanted a bed put in the room had to pay £25 which wouldn’t of fitted in the room as well as the dog beds it would of been a very tight squeeze and could also do with a window in the room as can’t leave the patio doors open when you have dogs so it got quite stuffy and really warm in the room.
Considering the rating of the hotel it is absolutely stunning it’s modern, clean, the grounds are beautiful, plenty of grounds to walk your dogs, the staff went above and beyond, food tasted absolutely amazing, very quiet and it was lovely to see all the different fruit growing on the trees.
