Gas cooker knobs are dangerous, they need replacing, quite easily not know if it’s completely off!

Beds not very comfortable with mattresses outdated and an overall lack of cleanliness - cutlery could do with topping up only a couple of teaspoons - couldn’t hoover up on exit as the hoover appeared to be broken

Lacked abit of cleanliness , no iron, no ironing board , no slip mat in shower room , just little things , but these are the things I think should be in the property instead we had to go out and buy ,and for the price we paid for just 2 nights I think was a bit steep when we arrived . The sofa trimming kept popping out , my grandaughter scratched her leg on it , think it just needs a bit more tlc as it is a lovely van

Tv was very hit or miss on terrestrial channels. The fridge was not very cold and one of the window locks was loose but didn't mar the overall experience. Needed to clean the veranda upon arrival as previous user had left some mess but nothing to bad

Nice quiet and close to the beach and other amenities. Play park very close for the kids nice safe and secure veranda so the little one could explore well stocked with kitchen equipment and bedding was comfortable only needing to take linen

Lovely location, second time I've stayed in this static caravan, it's clean and tidy, starting to show wear on the sofa and the wifi was intermittent, but the location is great, the beds comfortable, and the place is clean and tidy. The balcony is lovely for an evening gin and tonic 🥰🥰

We couldn't work bedroom TV,s Or WiFi not that we needed it as we was out most the time.

The WiFi to caravan was not great so difficult to watch t.v but then that could of been down to the kids tablets being connected as well the pull out bed was not very comfortable

The caravan hadn't been cleaned very well. There were finger marks on the windows and in the shower there was what could only be described as green snot about an inch long dried onto the shower wall. I had to remove it with wet wipes gradually picking away at it, disgusting! Sorry but the hob was awful. Rusty and the knobs were very loose and easily fell off. Didn't use the oven.

The caravan had everything you needed, especially in the kitchen area. The decking was a bonus with having a 20 month old with us so we could sit outside safely.

Late check-in ! and having to phone up the contact to get the key code for the key. I ask if we could get in earlier, they said we will contact you when it was ready It definitely had not been cleaned that day as the ash tray was full out side and of a stale smell in the van. so we could of got in a lot earlier than 4 pm So this pit us off

Dead fly in plate cupboard and handles sticky so had to clean ourselves. I had to contact owner as they never sent check in details as agreed.Also asked for early check in if possible but never let me know even though caravan was ready.

Unfortunately kitchen door handles where sticky and a dead fly in plate cupboard,also oven shelves and grill pan need cleaning..So ended up cleaning instead of resting when we checked in.

Not all TVs were connected, but this was minor as didnt spend much time in the caravan. Only think to note about the site alot of it was cash only for the takeaways.

We loved the location, was 5 minutes from the beach and lovely and quiet. Good facilities on site to.

Awful lingering smell when we walked in the caravan, the only room that didn’t smell was the bedroom so couldn’t sit in the living room at all, good job it was just a 1 night stay. Also found a dirty nappy in the boiler cupboard which didn’t help with the smell either. Caravan desperately needs a deep clean marks and food around the walls, shower seals were filthy and black. And hopefully they can get rid of the smell. Beds were comfortable though lacks plug sockets in the bedrooms, so you’ll definitely need an extension lead.

The cleaner hadn't cleaned properly people's shorts still under beds and on patio .... toliet broke and cowboy plumber took 2 days to fix even after explaining my grandad was disabled and couldn't get in the other toliet. Plumbers personal hygiene was disgusting he was having a full on argument on phone on loud so we could all hear it .....gas ran out first night both bottles so was frezzing lights above double bed didnt work one did but then smelt like burning and then went off...... the owner of the van was very sorry for all the trouble bit has put us off rebooking ......the vans lay out very nice and great location ......I think an iron and ironing board and hoover would be great also. Just a shame as first two days were lost on waiting in for plumber and all problems we had.
