Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

They should take this advice down! In the meantime check the hotel website if you want to know where to park

United KingdomThere was no fridge in the room, and the TV channels were very limited and basic. The worst thing of all was the location of the car park. It was a good 10 minute walk away in the Grand Central shopping centre. We went out in the evening and was unable to access through the centre as it was closed between 11.30pm and 6am. So we had to walk up the ramp which was very dangerous. Thank God the weather was decent as the walk to and from would have been 10 times worse if it was raining.

NetherlandsWe had a fire alarm at 5.45 this morning and had to go down 16 floors by a stair. Nobody could tell us what was going on and disabled people were stucked on the 10th floor because nobody came to help them and the phone became unanswered. Once we were downstairs I had to ask what was going on and it was a very terrifying experecience. Thank god it was a false alarm but the reception did not even asked how we were doing and how our stay was. Of course because she knew she would get complaints. I think that there have to be improvements about evacuation plan and think about disabled people to put them on lower floors! And communicate!!

Great location for the gig we were attending and close to restaurants and Bill ring. Room was clean and really smart and bed super comfy. Good free wi-fi and we got drinks vouchers on arrival. 24/7 room service. Front of house staff and barman really friendly and very helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
