The instruction for the carpark were confusing and the postcode is wrong We parked in the Grand Central car park behind New Street only to be told it was the wrong Grand central! it cost £29.95! We were told breakfast was £12.95 but as we didn’t book they charged £18 each on the day It w as ok but not worth that

exceptionally clean and comfortable room with good views over Birmingham

Not a dislike but if driving would drop bags at hotel before parking car, easy enough to do, and the when leaving.

Location to city centre, view's over city, staff.

the room was rather warm, and there was no air conditioning… Location, the city was pretty rough and the hotel was positioned in an uncomfortable place.

staff were wonderful, room was clean, comfortable, and had a lovely view.

We tried to order a meal in (our room) as per instructions but no one picked up so gave up. Went down to the bar but no bar staff. One of the other guests went to reception to enquire and 2 or 3 turned up after a few minutes.

Breakfast ok. No fried eggs and as we don’t like scrambled egg opted for a boiled egg. Awful!! Otherwise all ok.

Upon returning from our evening meal and walking into the hotel a member of staff rudely and abruptly run up to the door ‘I need to see room keys’. This could have been done in a more polite professional way rather than making you feel uncomfortable like rift raft in the middle of the hotel door way. Once shown there was no thank you or have a good evening.

The property was in a great location and they had good facilities such as ice machines and shoe shines in the corridors. The restaurant for breakfast was clean and modern and the staff answered questions about allergy information.

No carpark and the ‘negotiated rate’ with the nearby NCP didn’t work when we came to put it into the machine, leaving us with a £29 charge for an overnight stay.

Central location, if a tiny bit nosy in our room overlooking the roundabout.

the fridge was warm and smelt, we also got instructions about where to park so we did then when we tried to pay at the end the hotel said it wasn't that car park even though when you call radisson blu it tells you to use that car park so it was very expensive!! was not happy as this is very misleading from the hotel

All the rooms had an odd smell, had to be moved to a different room early morning due to air conditioning/ventilation excessive noises (but staff were very quick to move us). Beds/pillows not very good. Bathrooms need refurbing. In-room breakfast is very minimal (2 slices of toast for 2 people) and tiny juice glass. However, breakfast options down in the restaurant is actually excellent.

Location very central and close to shopping, restaurants public transport. Rooms are modern and large enough for city centre hotel. Staff very friendly, responsive and helpful when dealing with issues.

If you like cocktails, José is an amazing barkeeper. If he's in, try his cocktails, they're amazingly balanced and his enthusiasm about his cocktails is inspiring.

I always comment about dim lighting in room, makes putting on makeup tricky, also my mother who is elderly found the bath difficult to get into.

Brill location for hippodrome as we saw swan lake there, lovely clean room with. High quality bed linen, very comfortable bed. Quiet and peaceful when in room. Beautiful freshly cooked breakfast with excellent coffee and options.
