Parking. The promocode sent by hotel is unusable in car park machines, the price of parking didn't match on Radisson site and in message sent by hotel. (20/10£) We ended up paying full price 25£. What could be better also (and what I expected, that we would get second room with two separate beds). Shower water was hot and clean, but could be stronger. Overall only minor issues, and we didn't try to resolve them with hotel as we were a bit tired and accepting )

Check in was just nice, they welcomed us warmly. Rooms was quite big and the view was just perfect. Location is superb to anyone, who exploring Birmingham. Breakfast was fresh, and with quite a number of options (pay in advance, worth it and cheaper). Beds are huge, comfy and spotless. Rooms are really warm. We enjoyed our stay, and will be back.

The room was cold. It was cold outside and most hotels are over warm. The room was freezing it was as if someone had left the air con on. It took ages for the room to warm up. Visit this hotel in the summer

The location isn't the best, you get alot of beggars outside and the smoking area is in the way of a door.

Spacious clean rooms, friendly staff, easy to get to, quick lift (we were on 17th floor) Bath was big, and of course the view was great. Good value for money and I would stay there again.

Breakfast where do I start!!! well over done bacon, cold sausages, No fried egg and nothing to say we could ask for them, Milk off had to take the whole bottle and my glass of milk to a staff member, had a slice of cake from the bread and croissant section took back to table to eat it was unbelievable that you would even consider, serving it without checking it first, as it was hard and dried out on one side. I put it by a sink for it to be discarded as there was nobody there to give it to and when a lady came back, she then picked it up and put it back on the counter to be served to the next person who was willing to take it . However, it is not my place to tell her as I was the one to put it there and she didn’t even ask why it was there.so how would it have got there in the first place?? if I had seen a bin I would’ve put it in myself , coffee from machine was just lukewarm so over all breakfast was a total waste of time and money for such poor offerings!!

Room view was amazing and bed comfortable had to ask for bath robes but it was ok and was fine for our needs.

The visit began before we arrived - good email communications included a parking voucher for our stay. Reception staff were friendly, organised and informative. There was a rail strike the day we travelled so they gave us advice about local taxis etc. The room was very comfortable and the wifi was excellent (most unusual in other venues). Temperature was easy to manage and just right considering how cold it was outside.

The rooms seemed a little dated but sufficient

The concierge’s were amazing. Markos went out of his way to make us dinner arrangements. The other gentleman with the beard made the sofa bed himself after the hotel staff didn’t get around to it.
