Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. IcelandThe NCP parking was bit scary over the night time, but we were not bothered to use the recommended parking because it was too far away for us to walk with broken knees. I would not walk there alone and I think we shared a elevator ride with a drug dealer. He was asking us to press the button for him and we did not oblige to it. No card, no floor. I guess this is one of the problems hotels have to deal with on regular basis. And the breakfast service in the morning could do with bit more effort in finer selection of food.
I liked having a bathtub and the breakfast option. Even if I felt the breakfast was very blend selection it was what was expected. So I knew what I was paying for. Oh and the pillows were good ones plus the room was very quiet when we turned off the air condition over the night. I will use this hotel again while in Birmingham. Good position.

Room was nice, bathroom was a little tired, and appeared to need a bit of an update (re-grouting, new shower and bath) Location was great, just down the road from my conference and the train station Breakfast was very middle of the road, nothing special, not particularly bad. Bag drop off prior to check in was great!

United KingdomI requested extra pillows but none available. Breakfast was not great. Sausages not the nicest. It would have been nice if I could order an omelette or poached egg. It was very much a canteen style breakfast and I expected a little bit more from the Radisson. The lack of a coffee machine in the bedroom was very disappointing instant coffee should not be in the bedroom it a thing of the past!However I would recommend the hotel and would stay again.
Nice room. Control for temperature was excellent as it was a very cold day and room became warm very quickly. Plenty of good lighting, towels and toiletries. Room service was excellent.Great food . Pleasantly presented. Location to New street station is great and its a 5 minute walk to the Bull ring shopping mall and near fantastic restaurants.
