A bit run down, needs a clean. Light coloured carpets don't help.

The bathrooms need updating. Shower power was nonexistent. The property as while could do with a refurb

we had asked for a travel cot, but there was no mattress with it. The receptionist told us that was how they are. I think this should be on the booking site

The hotel is very dated and could do with a makeover. At breakfast it wasn't clear that you could request scrambled egg ...the staff should have told us that upon entering the restraunt. The furniture was tired and chipped and the walls could do with a lick of psint.

Close to wedding venue. Bed was extremely comfortable..The man on reception was extremely polite when we arrived, however later on there didn't seem to be anyone around .

Being woken up at 4.00am by the Fire Alarm going off. We had to evacuate the Hotel and stand in the Car Park for around 20 minutes. This meant we were extremely tired and left the Hotel much later in the morning than we had planned for an 8 hour drive home, so not happy about that. Staff on Reception said a guest had tampered with a fire sensor in their room (at 4am???) and set the alarms off. No compensation, or discount was offered for the disruption

Good location outside Hull City Center. Plenty of free parking Great serve yourself breakfast. Comfortable rooms

Maybe the fitting of a handrail in the bath. Not enough clothes storage in room.

Location a little out of the way but plenty of local options for dining. Breakfast was excellent staff very friendly and helpful.

There was a wedding on and we were above the reception so the music was very loud in our room I would imagine they have wedding on most weekends as the set up for the wedding looked lovely this did not stop until late. We were not part of the wedding party so we’re not there to enjoy the music so for us it was very noisy but did not like to complain as I would not dream of asking them to turn it down on their wedding and did not want to move rooms at 11 at night

The doors on the lift closes too quickly after opening. As soon as the door opens it is starting to close, not good for elderly people. There needs to be greater time for people to enter. The springs on the doors to the rooms make it hard to push them open.

Easy booking in with a pleasant receptionist. Only stayed one night but wished it could have been longer to try all the facilities. Large car park

replenish tea and coffee facilities make bed and towels refresh

Room wasn't replenished with tea coffee or milk during the 3 day stay and the room wasnt made up on the second night

Our only concern would have been the fact that we faced south, the room was airless, and it was a hot day - maybe a blind we could have pulled during the day might have helped. We had to have the fan on all night but it was very warm, and subsequently I had very little sleep.

Your staff are wonderful, no complaints whatsoever. The hotel and its facilities were very good.

We ate in the restaurant on the first night and our dinner was very poor. However, we were not charged for the main course.

The room was OK but very little space for clothes and the desk was too small. The hotel did give us a room near the lift as requested. Plenty of parking. Staff helpful. Breakfast was good although warm plates would be better.

No bottled water in the room, there used to be a complimentary bottle. No handrail above the bath to get in and out of shower. Very little space for clothes, etc yet plenty if empty space! Hence 7 out of 10.

Aircon would've been a benefit in the rooms as it was warm so didn't have a great night sleep because of the heat. There was a fan but it just blew hot air around.

Very long wait for drinks in foyer bar , especially in the evening.

Good breakfast. Super comfy and huge bed . Very helpful staff.

In need of some refurbishment, but aware that would cost money and rooms would then be more expensive.

Large open spaces and plenty of free parking close to our accommodation. All staff were very friendly and welcoming. A particular mention to the dining room waitress who was lovely and went the ‘extra mile’ to ensure we enjoyed our meal, thank you.
