Location is not great, booked for 7 nights, very noisy place, floor creeks, and thudding all night into the early hours. Seems the owner rents the top room out for long term resident.

Creaking floorboards and a light sleeper would have struggled. Coffee was available but despite my request no milk was provided. Lighting in the room could be better. TV in the communal area didn't work.

Excellent kitchen facilities and the room was clean and comfortable. The on site caretaker was extremely helpful and as he went to university not far from my home, we connected.

Although there is a TV in the shared area, there was no TV in the room, so not great for relaxing in private The room could do with a little lamp, otherwise its either darkness or very bright room light Room is near to the docks and the seagulls are very loud so not great for light sleepers As this is a room in a house, it is not totally clear that it is a booking.com property, I was not sure I was at the right place when I first rang the bell

Could have a been a little cleaner. Power needed to be turned off for a few hours but I wasn't told (I wasn't in anyway)

Great for the price, room was a decent size, small en suite was nice. It was about £40 a night at the weekend, couldn't really expect more.

Nothing really. All I can say is the postcode given is incorrect as it is for the road leading to Harland Street. The corect postcode is IP2 8JU, this is important if you wish to order food.

The room was of a good size with an ensuite bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. There is a kitchen downstairs with a seating area and a large TV. Communication with the owner was good and I was able to gain the access code for the key box for entry into the house.

provided our own Tea and coffee provided but no sweetener or sugar i travelled with a disabled brother a double bed was not in a good position but the room was good and clean The owner contacted the day before travel to ask about his disabled the shower and 2 flight of stairs to climb to get to the room which was to late to cancel but overall a lovely house with all you need on a trip away from home

Too small kitchen with poor ventilation.Bathroom-no ventilation.In my room:1 socket only,too dark/ceiling light with single"weak" bulb.Location-too far from shops/buses don't run on Sundays&Bank Holidays. No footpasses/parks for walks.

Hot water all day.Privacy& peace(my only room was on the 3rd floor).Comfortable bed.Table&chair in the room(I needed to do some paper work).Nice host. TV working.

Building was quite busy and even ear plugs couldn't drown out the sound of doors being slammed late and a couple in the room above getting frisky at 3.30am. Not a great option for light sleepers like me as the floors & stairs are creaky (not to mention the bed springs).

Room bare but good value for money. Bed comfy and generally no complaints (apart from a bit of noise).

We could have done with an extra towel … instead of one between the 2 of us .

Parking 🅿️ was available opposite house which was a bonus . Excellent communication with owner Gozi who guided us how to pick up key . We had a large spacious room with balcony plus tv with all the channels including Netflix and prime . They was also facility to use kitchen/ lounge.. if needed for a takeout. Shower, although small , had piping hot water .

There was no en-suite, which we knew in advance, but the sound from others using the bathroom next door came through the wall. We had to phone in order to gain access to the property.

The room was basic but clean and comfortable and it served the purpose for one night. The price was good.

Night was really disturbed whoever stayed in upstairs.the notice was really irritated and i had a disturbed sleep for the last 4 days

Everything was dirty. We didn't even know whether the bedsheets were changed. They knew that we would come with 2 persons we got 1 towel. Smell was like old shoes in the room with smelling socks in it. Kitchen; if you touch the watercooker you could wash your hand because grease of fat on it. No wardrobe hook for your towel, even nothing in the bedroom to put it on the heating, so you couldn't use it again, because it was dirty too.. The owner only answered by doorbell call, we have not seen him. he doesn't seem to live there, the house is used by other people. Photos we send it later to booking. com.
