Great location in the heart of the City Centre minutes away from the L1 shopping centre. The room itself was exceptionally spacious, boasting comfortable chairs for guests to sit on, as well as a lovely work desk to put your things. The room was also equipped with glassware which was a nice touch. A fullysized bathroom complete with a walk-in shower. Staff were friendly and helpful, also providing the option of a later checkout for a more leisurely stay. 5 stars!

Prices were slightly higher than normal as the Merseyside Derby was on whilst I was there and Aintree Horse Racing Festival was just starting as I returned home on the Thursday.

Hotel is less than a 5 minute walk to Liverpool Central Station and just under 10 minutes to Liverpool Lime Street. I did not eat in the hotel but there are lots of bars and restaurants in the nearby Concert Street, Bold Street, and Ranelagh Street. The Cavern Club is just under a 10 minute walk and the shops in the city centre are about 5 minutes away. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was large and spacious with a very comfy double bed. Very nice. modern bathroom with bath and shower. Felt very safe walking along back streets to hotel from City Centre. There is a convenience store about 30 yards from the hotel which has a cash machine and is open 24 hours. There is also a TESCO Express at the end of the street.

The rooms weren't too well insulated from the corridors, so you could hear people talking outside and also doors slamming when people returned to their rooms.

Great location, staff helpful, good-sized room and clean. Comfortable bed.

I wouldn't say I didn't like but feel some people may not be aware. It's very loud outside the hotel, although it didn't stop me from sleeping.

The staff at the hotel we friendly and welcoming. They made sure you had all you needed at all times.

Lovely hotel, which was walking distance to Lime Street station. It was quiet when we were there Monday, Tuesday nights. Room was spotlessly clean. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Not very much choice for the continental breakfast, but the cooked breakfast was great. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Liverpool.

Asked for a quiet room and we were right on the front of the building which gets very noisy being on concert square. Definitely wasn’t the end of the world though we still enjoyed our stay!

Staff were friendly and helpful, location right in town, not too far from car parking, good breakfast!

The property was great but we had a room that looked out on the main street and we did not know that we would be right across the road from a very loud nightclub going on until 4am and the roadsweepers out at 6am. Although the glazing reduced the noise somewhat, it was still extremely loud and disturbed our sleep for the 4 nights we were there. This was the only issue we had, and we did enjoy our time in the most part.

Under staffed on hotel reception and bar. One lad running between the two. A bit over priced. We paid around £190 for a night, another couple we spoke to paid just £80 for the same night.

Clean. Large room. Good central location.
