Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

I loved the bar lounge area. So bright and relaxing. I loved the background music being played. The staff were all very friendly. Unfortunately I can't remember names, but we had a lovely conversation with the lady who was bringing us coffee at breakfast time. And also appreciate her advice regarding the best tube options for King's Cross, to avoid busy trains. Breakfast was very good, plenty food to choose from healthy to pastries. The location is on the same road as Nottinghill Gate subway, just a couple of minutes walk. The bathroom toiletries smell divine. I particularly liked the body lotion.

United KingdomTelevision in our room kept switching to welcome screen whilst watching a TV channel. At night the welcome screen kept coming on despite the TV being off in standby mode. Eventually we had to pull out the plug that was not very accessible as it was right behind the screen& difficult to reach.

The staff were the stars of the hotel. Everyone, without exception, was friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was wonderful. My bedroom was much bigger than expected and the bar area was a delight. Breakfast was very good.

I loved the options for breakfast…more exciting than the usual….would have been lovely to be able to order poached eggs rather than just soft boiled and it would have been lively to have a dairy free porridge or chia and oat option rather than just normal milk….i had t9 stick to toast and beans and soft boiled eggs as there wasn't too much dairy free option.

GermanyThe registration, especially when you have been there before and arriving at 2230 took at least more than 10min to register, though all was already deducted from my card. Further their is no possibility to watch TV on my Netflix account.
Nice vibe, great views for London (on the 4th floor at least) and the windows are perfectly isolated as I did not hear the cars. Slept like a baby.

Absolutely loved the interior design throughout the whole hotel, the finishing touches in the room were great, from Having lights all round the mirror for getting ready to the Marshall speakers for you to Bluetooth music. All the staff were super helpful, checking in was super easy, the breakfast was continental but there was lots to choose from and unlimited barista coffees.

The adaptions, especially in the bathroom, were low and did not offer much space for storing / using toiletries. All would have been ideal for a traveler needing these facilities, but wasted on myself.
