Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The hotel location is perfect and the room itself is really comfy, nicely decorated and the shower is absolutely fantastic. The staff are super cool and helpful and the bar is 24h (not sitting are but drinks).

Lovely staff, beautifully decorated, very clean, great location. Arrived early but were able to check in and access room immediately. Free drink vouchers if you don’t have housekeeping during your stay.

United KingdomOnly a very small niggle, but I was looking forward to the novelty of using the Marshall speakers. The larger one needed an input cable my phone doesn't have, and when I tried to connect to the Bluetooth on the smaller one, there was no way of knowing which device it was from the list, as I didn't know what the one in my room was named. I didn't connect to any, as I didn't want to play my music to someone else's room by accident. The room was also very cold for a while because of the air conditioning, so after a bit of fiddling I managed to turn it off.
I arrived super early at around 9:30am and was expecting to just drop my bag off, but they checked for a room anyway and I was able to check in. I was over the moon as I needed to catch up on sleep from my early train. All staff I spoke to over my stay were super friendly,welcoming and helpful. The room was really lovely, plenty of room for me, and I enjoyed the rain shower.

Not enough variety (only hard boiled eggs), no bacon, mushrooms, scrambled eggs, etc. For the price proposed, I would definitely recommend to readapt it. Waiting time was also quite long to refill the missing food. But staff was very friendly and professional.
Location was excellent on the red underground line. Easy to arrive. Restaurants, bars and shops around. Room was very comfortable. Clean, modern. Staff very client oriented and warm welcome.

FranceHonestly, it was great find. I'm used to staying at the Hoxton and I thought the vibe here was younger and more edgy.
We loved the location, the overall decoration, the comfortable bed and the staff. When I arrived Carlito was super accomodating, getting me an available room early, and our breakfast staff (Keyla, Mattia and Simone) were just super friendly. The breakfast was delicious, I loved the oatmeal and all it's fixings. The view from our room was lovely, lots of light. And just a short walk from Portobello road and the attractive Nottinghill neighborhood. This hotel was great find. I'm used to staying at the Hoxton and I thought the vibe here was younger and friendlier.
