90 steps leading up and lack of car parking which is an issue in Dartmouth do we kept having to move the car..park and ride pretty close and short bus ride into town

Lovely views across the river, really cosy and warm feel. Really well presented and very clean.

Thoroughly enjoyed the stay, despite the steps and parking problems.

The 90 steps up to the property are a pain and the bathroom being on the ground floor is inconvenient. The big problem is parking. There are two periods during the day when the roadside parking is limited to Permit Holders only.

The location is good, just a short walk into the town centre. Being elevated with the lounge at first floor the view over the river is great.

Would be better with a second toilet separate to the bathroom in a house advertised for 6 people. Third bedroom and bed too small for two people really but we were a party of 5 so not a problem. Steps to the property could be an issue for some people but didn’t bother us. it’s a shame parking permits are not provided as that was a bit of nuisance having to leave the car at the park and ride or move it twice a day for the restricted hours.

Charming cottage, plenty of room, quiet location, easy walk to town, nice garden, comfy beds, clean and well appointed, excellent value.
