The room was shown with kitchen available..there was no working lock on the door and the cleaner gave away my stuff

A sofa (broken and dirty ) and tv in one of the rooms that didn’t . Feet filthy as floors not clean :( and mattress all springs 🫤

Quite a lot For context I was visiting Doncaster for a wedding- so I was shocked to find there were zero mirrors anywhere in the property- I had to use my phone camera to get ready. Mirrors can be super cheap so it’s so strange there aren’t any. There are also no hooks- so you can’t hang any clothing- I had to hang my wedding outfit off the blinds The door hinge to my room was basically hanging off which made me paranoid someone had broken into the room before and might again The bed was WAY too soft. The bathroom was shared which is fine but the shower screen seal wasn’t clean and the grout was yellow so I didn’t want to use it. It probaly was clean but didn’t look fresh- the whole place needs a bit of a revamp in my opinion

Very loud people living along the street outside the window which had to be open due to heat and need for ventilation. Shared bathroom, thin walls !! room not serviced for the second nights stay.

The mattress bed springs were broken in about 1/4 of the bed. There were no mugs, and only one spoon and a few glasses (plus pots and pans). The cleaner came about 10 minutes early.

The big windows let in a lot of light, nice high ceiling, and lots of kitchen space, it was clean and basic, a warm room.

The bed was not comfortable. I think the mattress needs changing coz it breaks your back. TV stations were poor. Suggest you upgrade to use Netflix.

The room was perfect, the location was super perfect, the self-service unbelievably professional. Clean house. It was perfect and worth the 38 pounds.

I have stayed in this facility before. This time will probably be my last time as having stayed at other similar properties this is probably the worst. The cleanliness is not up to standard as the other places and ive probably become tired of the shared bathroom situation. Also on this occasion the other resident was not very clean he left the bathroom in a state and was very disrespectful having only arrived at the property around 1130pm then having the TV on loud until i had to knock on the door to ask him to turn it down at around 330am when i had a full day of work and traveling that day. Also please get rid of that sofa in the room i stayed in , it is old , stained and broken.

There wasn't anything I disliked as such. But the touch check in was a little bit temperamental at all. But after a few uses became much more straightforward.

Breakfast not provided due to the nature of the accommodation being an apartment not a bed and breakfast. However for free I was upgraded to the kitchenette room which meant I was able to cook my tea and breakfast. The facilities were lovely and clean and they had everything you required to cook a meal. There is also a one stop a few steps away for if stayers want to pick up something.

The smell of stale cigarette smoke permeated the whole flat and was still there the next morning. Very off putting Bathroom was ok but could do with updating as looked dirty around the bath Kitchen had all the facilities we needed but don’t think the oven was cleaned before our arrival as it was dirty
