3 bunk beds was ridiculous. Very hard to get into and out of it. Could not sit up at all which was the worst part.

I liked everything!

I was very, very pleasantly surprised by this hostel. In the past when staying in other hostels I have struggled to find a power outlet to charge my items, which when travelling is a real worry as you never want your devices to be out of battery. Smart Hyde Park View completely removed this worry for me as each bed has its own power socket, as well as a USB charger slot. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space to move around between the beds which was great! I also loved the cleanliness of the bathroom, the fact that there was a bathtub in the bathroom and the lovely colourful hallways! Staff were also very friendly, and the location is excellent, just a few minutes walk from Queensway Station and lots of wonderful restaurants (I recommend Uzbek Corner in Queensway Market!) and it was easy to walk to the Victoria and Albert Museum across Hyde Park. I would definitely choose this hostel again next time I am in London!

Noisy from the street, the room was a bit small. A man insulted me from the door when I left ( I was a fxxing bxxh ) he said, "CONGRATULATIONS for this place that at the receptions "looked like so professional", just look like. Was so annoyed having to carry my linen back to the reception when I checked out. THEY WROTE NOT IN ENGLISH.

Only 20 minutes from the museum and apparently a safe side of the city. Close to Hyde Park (but not in view). The shower in the room was good to be a hostel.

Beds were a little small, but that's the only negative thing I can think of. Far-outweighed by the positives though.

It was hot summer and the provided dan was broken.Heat was unbearable to the top of the bunk beds . Staff had provided a fan with a stand and it worked only for bottom of the bunk bed. Staff was not ready to provide any solution.it’s great if the staff of the reception can be supportive and pleasant.

Location is perfect for travellers and it is easy to access metro. Luggages can be secured early before checking.

I asked very far in advance to be paired with my friends and I got told I could but then upon arrival we got split up. My locker did not work at all which was kind of annoying.

Breakfast was good! Location was good. I liked how there were curtains and the bed set ups were pretty good. I also loved the colouring of the rooms.

The layout as it got congested at times. People were loud when coming in and not being considerate of others sleeping despite there being signs in the corridor. I kept being woken up multiple times by people turning on and off the light and talking loud. Banging things constantly when going past

The lift was a bit questionable in terms of speed and shakiness. Guests in room next door arriving at 3am sounded super loud and that's when I discovered the walls are incredibly thin. I could hear them open their suitcase, talking (at quite loud volume) and put their stuff away in the wardrobe against the wall. Also the breakfast was a lot more basic than I expected for it being at extra charge, it was really just toast with toppings, boiled eggs and 3 types of cereal.

Clean room, comfy bed and bathroom toiletries being in refillable containers was nice to avoid plastic waste. Staff were nice and willing to help with any requests

The room was tiny, not like the picture on booking.com. We expected basic, but this was really basic. We paid quite a bit for one night and wouldn't stay here again.

No air con. Did not sleep for 2 days as room was stuffy. Shower/bathroom very small. Cracked elbow multiple times on show shelf. No room to manoeuvre in bathroom. Trying to wash and shower curtain sticks to you.

The shower is so small, I could barely shower. It has no AC, there is a single lift that takes forever. I had to borrow the hairdryer at the reception. The breakfast had very poor options, my spouse couldn’t eat as it lol had a bad look. We won’t come back.

Thin windows so the noise gets through but it's London you have to expect noise. Overall it is a more quiet neighbourhood than others I have experienced.

The fan was falling off the wall and couldn't be run because it was placed too close to the TV. The bathtub was rotting. The toilet seat didn't fit the toilet, and the toilet didn't flush well. The cups left in the room hadn't been cleaned and had lipstick stains on them. I also woke up to find a giant bug in the bathtub. Would not recommend.

The room is really hot inside. Two fans are not enough. The elevator is super small. You have to pay for a lock to close your luggage inside a drawer in the room. There’s no breakfast included. Overall really pricey for what is offered.

I enjoyed my stay here, and the receptionist made my evening. I was extremely tired but happy upon arrival and the receptionist made it the evening even better. It is pretty close to shops which was a plus for me.
