Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

United Kingdomeven for 14 pounds per night I expected more. they only provide linen, if you want a towel you have to borrow it for 2.50, the room was extremely small, maybe like 9 sq m for 6 people. the floor in the bathroom was wet because it’s not a shower cabin, it’s a tub.

PolandOur room, as well as kitchen and common room were located in basement. It was dark, tiny, humid and smelled badly (like mold). Bathroom with tub, not shower. Rooms had three levels bunk beds and was very crowded - I know what to expect from a hostel dorm, but it was less than usual.

IsraelDirty toilet, the room was so tiny even though we booked the superior double room - that’s a scam, not like the pictures at all. The toilet seat is all dirty with holes and scratches. The shower is so tiny you can barely stand there. The mattresses felt like cardboards. The lift is broken and takes HOURS to arrive. Breakfast is literally bread and jam. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS.
The only thing, and I emphasize: The ONLY good thing about this hostel is the location.

United KingdomNot a strong, specific smell of an old house. The first night I woke up from him, then I got used to it.
I rented a room with a private bathroom, the room is clean, a bed with a good mattress and white, body-friendly linens, white towels of 3 types: for the shower, for hands and feet, the bathroom has soap, shower gel and shampoo. The location is great. Opposite there are 2-3 cafes and a vegetable shop. There is a 24-hour gas station 50 meters away.

For a budget hostel, it's perfectly serviceable for a cheap stay. Beds are pretty comfortable if not quite long enough (i'm not even 6 ft and my toes were hitting the end board). Wifi worked well, check in was easy and the staff were pleasant and helpful.

Netherlandseverything sucks in this property.. I was made to believe it was just a single bed and a female dormitory, only for me to be paired up with men.. I felt so violated and I had to sleep on a bunk bed, my neck hurt through out that night. An occupant entered the room at 2:30 am and switched on the lights for almost 10 mins and I had an exam the next morning…You guys completely lied about everything even the free breakfast I had to pay for it when it was said to be free in the booking.. I will never come to this venue again and will make sure I criticize your business anywhere I see it..

GermanyOur room (private ensuite) was on the top floor, was very small and unbearably hot during the warm summer days. We had two fans on full speed (one was only possible to use with our private adaptor), but that did not help very much, as the window did not really allow any air in.. So we hardly got any sleep. The bathroom door swung open all the time when using the bathroom - not fun. The bed was quite short as well.
The location is in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Great spot to start a walking tour around London. Various underground, bus and train stations nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful.

United Kingdomthe lift was out of order the first day and the lady i was with had a job too walk up about6 or more flights of stairs ,also the shower was in front of the toilet you had to walk across a wet floor too go too the toilet then have wet feet or socks walking about the bedroom
the breakfast was ok. the bedroom was ok except it only had three hangers too hold your clothes between two of us and no wardrobe .your clothes hung above where you made the tea so you/ve a boiling kettle under ones clothes

MaltaOur dorm room was too small and stuffy. It was located in the basement and the window did not open. The beds were too small for adults. My husband had to put his mattress on the floor because he could not fit in the bed. We found gum on the top of the beds and the ladders to go to the top bunks were broken and this was very dangerous. There was no air conditioner and all we had was a small fan that did not even reach us.
The location was perfect. Reception area was decent.
