Very good all round, liked the keyless access, the reception is nice & secure and the staff friendly, room was well laid out with all expected amenities which you don't always get at this price point, bathroom size was good & well laid out, shower needed some attention as I struggled to turn it off but at least it had decent pressure & heat, again not something always guaranteed in London at this price. Location is excellent, 40 mins walk from Buckingham Palace (or take the tube/taxi) 10 min walk to Knightbridge, 5 mins to Hyde Park, South Kensington & Royal Albert Hall..

Excellent location, in a central, yet quiet and green neighborhood, South Kensington in zone 1. Clean and spacious room. Always friendly staff. Good value for money. It definitely deserves a higher average score and I will recommend it to my friends.

Great location, clean room. Sadly the bedside light was broken and no capacity for them to replace the bulb so unable to relax and read as only options were darkness or very bright overhead lights.. But this was just unlucky - would definitely stay again and hopefully they’ll buy in a box of spare lightbulbs!

I really like this hotel and location. The rooms are always clean and the staff are friendly . This was my first time going solo. The single room and single bed was small . It had no air con and no black out blinds which was a bit of a let down . It was also cheaper to book on Booking.com than on their own website as a member .

The location of the hotel was excellent. Access to the room and communication with the hotel were flawless. It was clean, and all the snacks and tea & coffee we needed were unlimited. I will always choose to stay at this hotel and would recommend it to everyone. Just a note — the rooms are a bit small.

I had to change rooms a couple of times in my long stay and hot water was not always constant during the shower, many of the rooms can upgrade in the closet to a proper closet instead of a rack

The sink in the bathroom... It must have been designed by a man. It was a very small sink. Absolutely impossible to wash your face without making a full on water ballet mess around the sink area. Shower is also not adjustable in height so if you're a woman not wanting to wash their hair....good luck.

Cleanliness could have been a little better but it was not dirty. Just a few details. Bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly. Complimentary breakfast was nothing special but enough to choice to get you going in the morning.

Bedroom sliding sash window mechanism was broken so the window repeatedly shut its self. Bedroom radiator thermostat didn’t seem to work so we could not turn heating down either, meaning bedroom was always too hot. Bedside USB socket didn’t work and no bedside shelf/table/light/socket on other side of bed at all, despite there being space for something small, which was rather irritating for the person on that side of the bed! Biggest complaint was that bedroom and breakfast room lighting is a strange dull white tone which is rather depressing and gives everything a dull grey and rather miserable ‘half light’ feel. A change to brighter warm white LED bulbs would make a massive improvement and cheer the place up significantly.

Great location and overall good value. Rooms clean. There are a few aspects which, if fixed/changed, would make a massive improvement.

Shower is very small, hard to regulate heat in room. Single room was very small and I did not love being on the ground floor. However, I booked the single room And should have known it was tiny. Could not really open a suitcase properly. Nobody comes to clean the room. I was there 3 nights and not once did anyone come to make bed, refresh towels, clean garbage etc. not sure what the policy is.

Central location, clean, mostly comfortable, iron and ironing board was nice, option to have breakfast now which is new, staff is friendly and helpful.

Great location, just a few blocks from the tube and main roads with tons of shops and restaurants. Comfy bed, good facilities. Overall good value for money.

When confirming the booking, I was asked to register in their system. The email was worded in a way that made it seem like a mandatory step, but it required a photo of my passport and face. After speaking with the managers, I found out that it is also possible to register at the hotel reception during working hours. This approach left a slightly unpleasant impression.

An excellent location for travelling with children. The metro and bus stop are nearby, as well as the Natural History Museum. You can also walk to the boat station in just 20 minutes.

The bathroom was very small and the shower barely left room for one person.

The room was a very good size, we had a common room and a separate bedroom. Location was great, the tube was less than a 10 minute walk away and the neighborhood was very nice.

The policy of the hotel is different for example there was no cleanup, you check in by your self, no breakfast, so that what the hotel is cheap. In general it was very good, very clean.

We stayed 3 nights. The bin in the bathroom hasn’t been emptied once. The last two nights there was only cold water coming out of the shower.

The location was definitely a pro. Lots of bakeries, pubs, restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The tube station is within 5 min walking distance.

Reception staff could be more hospitable. (We didn’t meet all of them though).We had a small maintenance problem the 2 out of 4 days we stayed and we had to mention twice, after everything was good.
