Small room bed a bit tight and sofa bed was very uncomfortable

The gate was falling off and our puppy could get under the gate, so he escaped numerous times. We couldn't relax. The shower was way to hot, only managed to get in once as it burnt my skin.

I loved the location. Everything you need to cook with. comfortable sofa.

The caravan was tired in parts, not really an issue tbh as the kitchen, hot water and shower was fine and the location is perfect.

Great quiet location. Easy walk to the beach and a lovely country park. Very near the high street.

The double bed didn't have much room to manoeuvre around, and there was no blind in the kitchen window

Not really a dislike, more a challenge. The hot water was a difficult task at times but we managed to get by.

Eventhough the caravan was dated and tired in areas it was a great base for sleeping. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. Its a good central location. The site itself was quiet and tidy. Communication with the company was super efficient and made the booking simple. Will definitely return when next visitung our family that live locally.

Half the lights in the caravan were not working. The caravan stunk of stale water, and I ended up having to clean most of it myself at 8pm when I arrived. Areas in the caravan were falling apart or loose.

Location was okay, just be aware of a factory smell during nights and early hours in mornings.

A few little things would have made this property perfect. Light bulbs not working in many locations. The kitchen equipment was very tired and no frying pan? The bowl and kitchen draining rack were far too big.

Location great for us, extremely quiet so perfect, the hot water and heating system was excellent.

How dark the site was at night.

We liked how close it was to a dog friendly beach and other beaches. The site was also very quiet at night but very dark. The caravan was easy to find with good signs. The caravan was good but could do with a bit of TLC😊. However the caravan was good and clean.

It had food debris from the previous occupants inside the bed in the lounge, on the carpets and a big pile in the corner of the kitchen by the oven. There was dog fur all over the carpet, the cutlery and crockery were unwashed and placed in cupboards and drawers dirty, the freezer was dirty and had mould. There is a hole in the side of the caravan where the broken gate has obviously knocked in to it too many times.

Quite a few Kitchen utensils were missing so it was quite difficult to cook anything. This is very disappointing for a caravan. The sofa could not be converted into a bed like what was reported in the details for the caravan and this was one of the reasons why we booked it. The water in the shower didn't drain away very well so there were a couple of times when the water in the shower overflowed into the bathroom. Some of the windows need replacing.

The caravan was ok. We didnt spend much time there. The sofa bed wasnt very comfortable I think it needs a new mattress as I've come away with a really bad back. It smelt like dogs and my grandchildren got flea bites... The utensils need looking at as the tin opener was broken. No frying pan, kettle leaked..... When I went to clean before we left, the hoover was blocked up, the carpet sweeper was literally full of hair and there was no dust pan and brush.

Location was brilliant only a few minutes away from the beach and parks for the children. Nice little restaurant in walking distance and the prices were good too. The site was really quiet and the people we did see were were very friendly and helpful. Little information place on site was really helpful. Lots of brochures to takeaway for places to visit.

Some of the windows, especially the kitchen, were blown and fungus was growing inside the sealed units. The cleaning was OK but we found a few items under the radiator in the bathroom. Very happy and would use this company again.

Perfect location very near to our friends that we were visiting. Plenty of room in the caravan for us 2. Everything worked fine.
