I can’t think of any negatives. it was a truly pleasant stay.

it was an extremely pleasant stay. everything you could want was included and the instructions in the properties book have very clear instructions on how everything worked. You get a lot more facilities wise than most cheap hotels like travel lodge offer for half the price. i was highly impressed and would highly recommend for others to stay here.

The fire doors on the bathrooms of this and the cabin next door are a little loud when closing.

I booked this as a birthday treat for my girlfriend and it was absolutely lovely. I would love to stop here again.

My boyfriend found the bed too hard, but that's just personal preference.

The location was absolutely lovely and the hut was just perfect. The welcome tray of tea, coffee, hot chocolate and chocolate was a lovely touch. The host was fantastic and so helpful when we couldn't figure out the heating or find the hairdryer. Will definitely be recommending to all my friends.

I normally wouldn't choose this type of accommodation for a business trip, but this place was brilliant, very comfortable, and just perfect to unwind after a tough day. No noise from other guests or banging doors, just peace and quiet. Everything you need to self-cater was inside this little space, and the owners had really taken care of those little touches to make it feel warm and cozy, and a little special.

The Shepherds hut was a fantastic place to stay for our overnight visit to family who lived in the area. It was warm, cosy and spotlessly clean. It provided everything we needed and the views and surrounding country side were an added bonus. The bed was comfortable and the shower was easy to use and provided plenty of hot water. We were welcomed warmly by our hosts and the welcome pack of chocolate, tea etc was very much appreciated. We were able to park right next to the property and our stay I believe was excellent value. The shepherds hut was so cosy and heated up very quickly. The location was quiet, the bed was more than comfortable and the shepherds hut had everything you needed. We loved being woken up to a beautiful, sunny view and the kitchenette had everything in it to be able to make breakfast, lunch and dinner if needed.

I was lucky to book last minute but what a find. It is a gorgeous cute Shepards hut with a gorgeous view! The owners were so friendly and accommodating and made me feel welcome. Just the me time I was looking for 😊

We chose this ‘hut’ for a one night stop over on our way home to London and it was just perfect. It was cute, cosy, well equipped and tastefully decorated. The bed was super comfy and the amenities provided were minimal and sufficient for our needs. The owner was also very communicative. We would wholeheartedly recommend this place.

A beautiful, cosy little Shepherds hut in peaceful surroundings. A well equipped kitchen for two people. A large shower with good water pressure and soaps/shampoo etc supplied. Parking by the hut was ideal. Outside was a picnic bench to eat out. The welcome tray with a range of hot drinks and snacks was a lovely touch. Good for exploring Bristol and Bath areas.

Booked for my daughter for 3 nights whilst she was working on a project nearby. She enjoyed staying there. Nice rural, relaxed setting, with countryside all around and parking on site. Felt very private - She didn't see the hosts who kept themselves to themselves.

Slightly cold during the night (admittedly they did provide extra blankets we just didn’t use them) We also didn’t use the heating during the night. My partner said the bed was a little hard for her but was perfect for me so guess personal taste.

lovely small hut which was great for our needs. Would happily stay again. Felt homely and the location was good. Nice safe car parking. Would be amazing in the summer. Beautiful wildlife.
