Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

I was pleasantly surprised by the welcoming that I was given even though I arrived after hours and the guidance I was given later with regards to a late check in , and more importantly, the advice that I was given to finding a parking. Absolutely amazing place, fantastic management, and a safe and clean place for contractors for a good value weekly rent - impossible to find better value in Bournemouth.! I could not recommend lodgings more highly. A safe place to stay as a working contractor with all available facilities. If you need ironing service etc the management will more than happily to advise. Excellent outside area and very quiet.

We made are own breakfast, But kitchen needs up grading, mould on window frame by sink , cooker switch needs fixing , shower load when using, switches in bathroom needs replaced, mattress is worm out could feel springs, over all very poor gust house,

Home from home felt really comfortable beautiful clean room nice bedding not the typical white ones which just made it feel more homely.

The first thing I know about B and B is the identification of the location of where you booked. This place has no identification, It is just a normal house. The amount charged for this so-called B and B is ridiculous. paid roughly 50 pounds a night is too much exaggerated, people who rated this place for more than 5 are totally deceiving many people. I booked for 3 nights, I left the place the second night, because, the room has nothing, no single mirror, talkless of any amenities, no TVs, no kettle for a cup of tea, I think about 5 rooms are renting out, but with only one disgusting bathroom, the worst and most horrible bathroom ever, the shower cotton is horrible, the water is stagnant, you are in dirty water while having a shower. I have never experienced such a horrible place in my life. I used hotels a lot, but like this one, I have nothing to compare with. it only making money from the travelers' "a rip off" Boooking.com needs to do more by investigating before accepting B and B or hotels to be advertised on Booking.com.
