I liked everything, so I'm staying here not for the first time

I am constantly visiting different countries and cities, so I have something to compare with and I can say that this is one of the best hostels. Everything is very clean. The rooms have heating and even in winter the room is warm. Many common rooms have their own shower and toilet. There is always warm water. Every evening at 20:00, a lot of free delicious pizza and free drinks are served to all guests, which can include beer or delicious fruit punch. The hostel staff is always friendly and welcoming. They always quickly help if you have any questions. The location of the hostel is also good, as there is a metro nearby and in 15 minutes you can get to all the central attractions of London. On the -1 floor there is a common room with a large TV and soft sofas and armchairs, which is open all night and if you come with a large company, you can spend time there even all night and at the same time you will not disturb other guests sleeping. The hostel also includes a large pub where you can have a drink, watch football and meet other people, as this pub is visited not only by hostel guests but also by locals. Also, for hostel guests there is a big discount on all food and drinks in the pub. Another plus is the large safes for storing personal belongings, which are locked with a locker and you do not need to worry about valuables when you go for a walk.

One bathroom and toilet for 12 beds :’(, the staff was surprisingly rude! HOW I’m SUPPOSED TO KNOW THAT I COULD NOT EXIT AT NIGHT FROM THE SAME DOOR I ENTERED IF NO ONE TOLD ME THAT????? The man yelled at me and came in such aggressive way that I thought he was going to punch me im the face just because I was leaving trough the bar and not from the side exit…

Nice place around a lot of pubs and not far from Metro station

Could hear the bar below while trying to sleep, which made sleeping difficult. I am autistic and so asked if I could have a quiet place to eat but was told I had to use the downstairs room. I booked a private room so I could be by myself due to my SEN. I couldn't get myself with my suitcase through the bar to get to the Hostel's entryway so had to traverse around the outside.

It was very close to where I needed to be in the morning - hence booking. Having tea and coffee in the room was a nice touch. Nice little night lights in the bunks.

The sink inside the room which was very disturbing and 1 bathroom for 12 guests is not fair and top of that the bathroom is very tiny where cant able to stand and have bath properly as well. Curtains, fitted sheet are very bad quality and not clean. The provided breakfast not worth for paid money.

The fridge was super tiny for an INN. A 6ft fridge freezer is needed to replace their vending machine. No consideration for those in the hostel just those in the bar. The shower pressure is too much pls reduce. It needs to be warm water not cold water first. No proper sink. No staff to help with my luggage down and your staff was rude when checking out not wanting to talk to me bcos he did not know the info. Your biz set up is for the pub not for the hostel at all. Very disappointed. I had to ask a stranger to help with my luggage since your policy is one staff to manage the bar. Next staff is 2 hours after check out. Make provision for those with health issues needing help with luggage - check out. Let there be all female and all male hostel on the first floor. Women have health issues more than men, we carry babies and we have painful menstrual cycles and 2nd floor is too far for some of us. Men are physically stronger than us women so one extra floor is unbearabke for those with health issues where the skeletal system is involved. We need a proper sink in the kitchen. Descale your kettles regularly. Provide more tea cups.

No breakfast for me. Toilet on the same floor was good. For 9 people 2 toilets are better. I like the curtain covering the bed.

Room and toilet not clean. Bad smell. Dirty sheets. Sink water always super hot, almost impossible to use. Shower water was never hot for real, always cold or mild. The room was extremely small for 9 woman with only one toilet and one shower, complete chaos. The reception is located in a bar, with extrem loud music, I had to shout back and foward with the staff to check in. And not that cheap to compensate the desconfort (and they charge for towels and luggage room). Unfortunately cannot recommend.

There was very little space to put your belongings. Bunker beds are triple and if you are in the highest bed as I was you’ll feel the bed shaking every time anyone below you moves, the beds also make noises.

There was no proper kitchen and the worse for me was the fact that they have a locker service and it costed me 11 pounds for 2 medium piece of luggage during 6 hours - if I had known it would be worth to pay for an extra night so I could go in and rest and take a shower. In the other hostel I stayed right after I paid 4 pounds for a 12h period - just for comparison. The shower had low pressure and was not super warm. Since the bathroom is inside of the room it is complicated with the noise. Good for a night or two.

Localization is excellent. The staff was nice, the hostel overall was pretty clean. The internet worked well to do some work.

he didn't respect me and others, he was making noise, moving his hands strangely, shaking the bed. I supposted masturbating but I cant confirm. Please check this man at the hostel and inform staff.

This is a good place to party, not house yourself. No kitchen facilities, no place to sit and work except the pub itself, and rooms are directly above the pub which has live loud music playing into the wee hours of the morning so you can't get to sleep. Clearly the definition of 'hostel' has now changed to 'party central' instead of 'place to lodge yourself, sleep, etc'. Cramped rooms and shared spaces. And you get charged for bag storage! No idea how this place has good ratings.

Location is handy to the Tube and walking distance to St Pancras stn. Useful having a shower in the room. Friendly staff. Charging facility next to each bed. Decently comfortable beds.

Somebody had taken my bottom bunk but I didn’t get there until midnight so I guess that’s to be expected

It’s a great location, I only used it as a place to stay for the night but I can imagine if you were a group of friends/ visiting London for a party there are a lot of activities to do within the hostel that would make it good fun

They just kicked out the guess without any good reason.im not from this country .i come here for work and this hostel is in convinient location.thats why i did 2 booking with them.but unfortunately they are worst management i ever have to dealt with .the staffs are rude .mixed dome without saying on the website .i only find out i have to stay with female in the same room when im male.not comfortable when i come back after work need shower and have to see the female try to take the bathroom.avoid at all cost !!!
