How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Mattresses were a bit stiff and rooms were outdated. Was good enough to stay for the night though.
Great location for access to Wembley stadium as train station 5 minutes away. Staff were friendly.

The stairs
On point. The receptionist (The one from Greece at night shift was too kind a person, it was wonderful to meet him, inspite of spending a long day he was all smiles. :)

Shared bathroom, but only with 1 more room for us. Needs an upgrade but they were doing one. Bed was small and not comfortable and there was no kettle in room.
Good location opposite train station which is a few stops from Wembley. Has parking around the rear and you give them your reg. Fridge in room

Location in on a main road and noisy which I am not used to - people that live on a main road probably won’t notice the noise. Although there are kitchens there are no kettles in the rooms.
It was easy to find, had parking, good value for money. Very friendly helpful staff. Close to shops and Wembley. Fridge in room. Although shared bathroom facilities there are a number of bathrooms on different floors so no problems. Sink in bedroom with fresh water

The fact you couldn’t flush the toilet roll down. And having a shared bathroom felt like being in supported housing. And think needs to be basic tea coffee and milk in rooms.
The location, and how big the rooms were. Definitely book again!

The mattresses are a little bit too hard but that is because I have had back surgery and hard mattresses are not for me.
Location is perfect for Wembley Stadium and only about half hour to Euston Station which is what I needed. Kenton Station is across the road. I felt safe as a solo traveller and the staff were so lovely always checking if everything was okay. Shops are across the road, Costa coffee and Subway plus more. If you are in a car there is a large car park to the rear. Security cameras are everywhere. Absolute bonus was that I got upgraded to a larger room as my room I had booked wasnt ready. No extra cost, so that was a nice surprise. Shared bathroom is no problem as there a lot so the one opposite my room was basically mine.

Walls are so thin that we could hear the ppl next door The carpet needs a good cleaning

Nothing bad to say. It has everything you need for staying away at a lot less price than if you were booking one of the cheap chain hotels.
It’s value for money and great for any worker looking for cheaper option to mid week travel stay. Good location for anyone working in Harrow or any location as tube station directly opposite.

Very close to Kenton station (Bakerloo), literally 1 minute. Clean common bathroom. Relatively quiet, decent size of the room.

Hard to judge really when we knew that what we were getting for what we paid for , you cant expect a champagne stay on a lemonade budget.
We booked very last minute for a football match at wembley, we had limited funds to spend and availabilty was limited , this hotel does what it says on the tin, a cheap bed for the night with no frills. The staff at the desk were very helpful and cheerful . Got an uber back and fourth to wembley that was swift, easy and cheap , so location was great in that aspect.

The smell of smoking was bad, however it was a clear sign which said no smoking.
Good location, close to Bakerloo line. Clean bedding, heating, free parking place.
