I liked the caravan it was a very nice location, I was not impressed with No Tassimo Machine when I purchased all of the pods to use it. Also the one toilet is not useable toilet seat not fitted correctly & Head & rail was broke on the shower, Stain’s all over the sofa’s not worth £240 for 3 nights

It could of been cleaner, lots of food debris under the sofa cushions noticed when hunting for kids toys and bedroom bins not empty on arrival. But obviously I appreciate this is to do with the cleaning firm, just some constructive criticism

Fabulous static, by far the best we've stayed in, lovely view over the lake, i couldn't belive how comfortable the master bed was for a caravan.. The kids loved feeding the ducks on the lake outside

Nothing, everything was what we could hope for, apart from the weather but that is the English weather for you and not much you can do about that :-). Only one point, the pictures of the accommodation has 2 rooms of single beds, yet write up said bunk beds as we were concerned if we had bunk beds as we were all adults. The pictures were correct, there are no bunk beds

A pre Christmas get together for our family as we all live in different areas and this provided an ideal location. The lodge/caravan was clean, well equipped and warm and would be an ideal place to stay in the summer. We had an amazing time, the location is ideal for easy access to Skegness and the amenities.

We had to clean it before we could begin our break!!! Floor full of food shower head broke!!! Mirrors filthy bins not emptied!!! Nothing had been cleaned!! It hadn’t been cleaned at all !!!! A shame as nice van and location

A little close to the evening entertainment so this was quite loud on an evening, the bass was very loud from the club. Was listed as no Wi-Fi so didn’t expect it, but even signing into the Wi-Fi as a Parkdean customer didn’t allow internet access. Which was a shame to not make full use of the smart TVs within the caravan!

Absolutely beautiful caravan! Really well taken care of, everything was clean and tidy inside and everything you need was well thought through. Nice touch having a tassimo machine in there, dishwasher, washing machine etc and tabs to use the dishwasher was perfect. Soap in the bathrooms and some toilet roll too. Everything was well thought of and very clean! I imagine it was a very nice spot in the summer months so you can enjoy the veranda. Key safe made it for a very easy check in. Well laid out and spacious caravan. Would return here! TVs in all bedrooms and decent ones at that.

The bed/Matres was dirty with stains, there was a bottle of used cooking oil, old toothpaste & toothbrush, cans of alcohol, a bottle containing something like urine, too many old duvet inner and a whole lot seemingly useless things under the bed. There was dirty pillows in the wardrobe with a lot of stains. There's too many dirty old pillows & duvet covers unnecessarily to my own view Contrary to the preaching about leaving the place clean by the booking agent via emails, we had to clean the place as soon as we got there. Cardboards in the kitchen were dirty, worktop dirty, we had to use 3 Paper towel rolls to make the place clean & comfortable Carpet doesn't seem to be hoovered at all, had to ring the cleaning company, the lady was nice of course but her cleaners doesn't seem to do the job as she expects. She told me she had a lot of pictures showing the place cleaned but the reality is different

A rat got into the van during the night and totally ruined our stay. We could not settle it unnerved us and we were horrified. The maintenance man who came to put bait in a box down had the worst personal hygiene that I have ever experienced in my whole 57 years! It was horrendous!!! The smell filled the whole caravan within seconds. Absolutely horrendous. We had to suffer this twice...he came back the next day. On the post next to the outside steps, there were 4 exposed ends of screws...right where you would put your hand ....totally dangerous! My Mum who is 85 and needed the rail for support couldn't use it because luckily I cut my hand on it and was able to stop her from cutting her thin skin on it!! Can't believe this was left like this ..the maintenance man took them out. Overall , it was a terrible stay.

The carpet, sofa and oven were dirty. There were cigarette ends on the decking. The microwave and fridge smelt of bleach, which made the food taste awful. The bin needed bleach, I put the bin outside.

The caravan is in a fabulous location. The style of the caravan is good.

Only criticism is there was a strong smell of cigarettes, due to previous occupants being smokers. However still very clean!

Absolutely stunning caravan, beautiful inside and out. With a glorious view of the lake; if your a fisherman perfect location. OR even if your one that loves a drink in the sun, comfortable seating area on the veranda of the van. Very clean, no complaints there! None at all, even though previous vans hired haven't been so clean. This one was definitely up to standard and above! Lovely decor, super spacious, tvs in lounge and master bedroom. x2 bathrooms, main one and an en suite in the master bedroom. Bed comfy- a well rounded beautiful caravan. Perfect location, 5 minutes walk from the entertainment bar, arcades, and main hotel/entrance and a 5 minutes walk from the parks restaurant(which does really nice food!) 10 minute car journey from main Skegness town, about a 30 minute walk. Bus comes in and out of the park, location of bus stop 5 minutes from the caravan. Amazing location, be booking again for the near future. Reasonable price too!

It wasn’t cleaned properly , we stayed one night, upon arrival there was no bed leg which collapsed on my daughter , owner sent someone within 2 hours to put a temporary beg leg on which was a piece of wood. Next morning we then found at least 8 dead flies in the corners of the caravan which we cleaned up but then we found a sanitary towel down the side of the bed which we slept next to , we told the owners and sent photos and they responded saying they will come and clean it up however damage was already done for us as we was sick to our stomach so we left 4 days early. Caravan was great however the property was obviously not cleaned .

On arrival we had no gas heating or hot water, we tried to contact the holiday let company but where close then when we finally got hold of them it took 24 hours to get the issue sorted out apart from a few set back the caravan and holiday was very nice ..

A nice lamp in the living room area would make it really cozy ..we found the ceiling lighting a little too bright

The best caravan I've been in so far ..real luxury. Warm and comfortable and everything you need . Plenty of storage space for food .. we was real happy and didn't want to go home .. we had to book to go again
